Baanhunt and Aspire 48
When I first moved to Bangkok in 2015, Baanhunt was fast to get me into a condo. I had set aside a month thinking it was going to take time and a lot of paperwork to move into a new place (research, opening bank account, securing visa, etc). They were able to show me the right place almost immediately and help me settle in to Bangkok so that I could sign a contract right away.
Baanhunt helped me initially communicate with the landlord and I had zero problems throughout my contract. I've since moved outside of the city for work, but I'd absolutely go to Baanhunt again if I were moving back to the city center.

Rahul has been a gem
Rahul has been a gem, moving to Bangkok and not being able to speak Thai, and initially, it was a challenge to deal with Agents who could not really understand, and emphatise, with the situation that my family and I were in.
Rahul listened to us and took us through the paces to find a unit within our budget and requirements. Not simply shoving overpriced units down our throats.
For this, we are indeed grateful to Rahul and BaanHunt for being there for us.

BaanHunt is a trustworthy and professional agent.
BaanHunt listed my condos in PhromPong and found quality tenants very quickly. Everything was professionally done from start to finish. Excellent photography and advertisement. Even though I was overseas at the time of contract signing BaanHunt arranged it to be done smoothly. Highly recommended agent that I will use again.

Professional service
Great service, they listen to what you want and based on your budget and needs really find you the right home. Sam is the most professional agent I have ever met, and it means a lot to get proper help and not wasting our time and energy but showing real options. They are also flexible and helpful after the contract, as well.
