Всем доброго дня! Очень благодарна за помощь в приобретении недвижимости! Сотрудники компании Cornerstone оказались честными и добросовестными. Переговоры вели очень деликатно и терпеливо. Earn , наш агент все документы подготовил, мы просто приехали в земельное управление и сделка произошла. Документы продавца были все проверены также. Сделка прошла во время и без проблем. Ни каких лишних и огромных комиссий🙏. Общались мы через переводчик в телефоне и прекрасно понимали друг друга, очень рекомендую эту компанию если хотите приобрести недвижимость в Тае.

This year was the first time for me that I rented a condo in Pattaya via real estate agency. That agency is Cornerstone Pattaya, and so far everything was good. Good service, communication and availability.

The team at Cornerstone's in Shaw have to be one of the most professional, proactive and helpful companies that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with and I don't say this lightly. They made the process of buying a house super efficient, human and stress free. If anything needed chasing, I didn't even need to call to ask, they had already chased and this is the level of proactiveness that is needed in what is one of the most important purchases that you will ever make in your life. The team were all so helpful and personable, and made my house purchase as smooth as it could be (even when I asked for a tour of the underground basement that hadn't been used for years).
