I absolutely LOVE my new Baabuk…
I absolutely LOVE my new Baabuk Pomobuks! They're super comfy and fit well. I love the recycled skins soles (I'm a BC skier!). Size 39 perfect for US 8 1/2.
Bonus...I first received the wrong pair (Mels....also great, but stickier soles). When I emailed Baabuk, Chad was on it! Even though the website said they were now out of my size in Pomobuks, Chad located a pair in the warehouse and shipped them to me immediately, sending me a return label for the incorrect pair. No fuss about exchange, etc., he just trusted me to send back the incorrect pair,which I did!
Bottom line.....excellent product, superb customer service!

Die Finken sind wirklich toll
Die Finken sind wirklich toll. Einzig stört mich, dass der Innenfussfilz mit herauskommt wenn ich die Finken abziehe. Sonst perfekt!

Color & width a little off, otherwise great!
I'm excited to wear these shoes! Only complaints are that they run a bit narrow, and the "light grey" is such a warm grey it is almost oatmeal, for the toe portion.

1:1 Umtausch funktioniert nicht.
Finken sind sehr schön und bequem.
Beim Sky Wooler wirken die Sohlen doch sehr billig für den Preis.
Aber das eigentlich Negative ist dass der Umtausch nicht funktioniert. Zumindest wenn man nicht auf ihren Vorschlag eingehen möchte nochmals ein Paar für den halben Preis zu erstehen.
Auch auf Verschiedenen Kanälen der Kontaktaufnahme keine Antwort.
Sehr schwach.
Kein Wunder haben sie so eine tiefe Umtauschquote.

For exchange/refund, the process is pretty quick & easy. As long as you ship the pair back within 30 days and it's still in new condition, we'll refund or replace the pair based on your preference. I already left a review...this is a follow up after a few months.
I already left a review, but I want to update my experience with the actual slippers.
I had to order new insoles because the ones that came with the slippers fell apart almost immediately. I now have a hole on left front of slipper. I will never order again. Unfortunately I have an unopened pair for my hubby waiting for winter. The style is great. The quality is awful. The boiled fool or felted wool is not dense enough to withstand any kind of normal wear... these would be great for 2nd home use or weekend guest use. Daily use... like all the time you’re not outside, they aren’t up to the task. Oh and PS.. the company promotes wearing in summer! They are too warm to wear unless you are in Reykjavik or the Outer Hebrides. ( I’ve been to both- I know )

We sent you complimentary insoles in May after your concerns for the pair that was included with your slippers which we hope provided some additional comfort. In regards to the quality, we take a lot of pride in the detailed crafting that our team in Nepal puts into every pair. However, because each pair is made by hand, there are occasionally imperfections. We are more than happy to replace any pair with defects - simply reach out to our customer support team with pictures of the damage and we'll take it from there. We want each and every customer to enjoy a well-crafted pair of slippers!

But the shipping service was awful for me.
I didn’t expect that slow slow delivery after ordered. I asked to customer service several time and still got more delay.. It was disappointed and took my happiness from the new item.Hmm..
Maybe i had to be more optimistic and patient for it... I expected too much

Best shoes ever!
Absolutely love your shoes! Now I don’t wear anything else :) Bought first pair in March but already have five pairs in the house ...and just ordered several more! Quite simply the shoes ever. (And love that wool is a sustainable alternative to leather).
