B12 Website Builder is a total RIP OFF. They did not do anything but steal my money and when I asked for it back they wanted to hide behind their Refund Policy which was never mentioned to me before I purchased their services. I started building my own website on B12 and when I got stuck on minor details I contacted B12. They linked my privacy policy as well as my terms & conditions and they could not have spent 4 hours doing that because I had already built the Site. Yet, they had the nerve to tell me for them to make any more changes to my site they needed $75.00 more dollars. I had already paid $300.00 and purchased Their $99.00 hosting package. Save your money! This program is run and generated by AI. Even the humans claiming to be real are robotic and out for your money. They will NOT deliver on what they promise, you WILL pay more than you expect, and ththe website WONT be any better than if you had spent the time and built it yourself.
Dont believe me? Just TRY and contact B12 customer services right now. You wont be able to. This startup is a get rich quick scheme at best. Natish- the owner- is incompetant at best, but he needs to be put out of business because he straight up lies to customers.

UPDATE: B12 'responded'to this comment by giving me the generic email to start communication with them. I have used this email to no avail in the past, this time was no different. B12 is saving face but their customer support still sucks.

Their customer service is god-awful. Phone support requires paying $99 a month, and that doesn't even allow you to pick up the phone to speak to a human. You have to go through a lot of hoops and barrels to speak to someone.

Their SEO services are a scam. Have paid for nearly 5 months of service and have seen zero results and received zero correspondence on what they're actually doing.

They also own your website, which screws you over when you want to terminate their shoddy services.

I’m very disappointed in B12’s lack of attention to detail. You had a great opportunity to wow me with the AI but they failed. There was no copy writing done, all of the text was either left over from the sample or was cut and pasted from the text i provided. When i complained about the barely mediocre website and asked for my money back, they claimed they can't due to the design hours have to be paid. Now they won't even answer my emails. Stay away from this company, they will rip you off.

Don't go with this company. They will sell you on 'AI' technology and in-house designers who charge hourly and deliver total garbage. Their designers basically change colors around in pre-existing templates - I could've done this in 20 minutes. Yet they wasted 4.5 'design' hours and hundreds of dollars on a generic looking website that would've made my company look totally unprofessional. When I asked for a refund, I was told it's 'company policy' NOT to give refunds, which is a smart policy to have when operating a bad service. Customer service requires you schedule 30 minutes vs. just call/email when you really need them. Scam. Do yourself a favor, go to 99designs and get WAY better results.

PS - issuing a refund for hours not used is not a resolution. I paid for a service that was not delivered and 2 additional design hours wouldn't have gotten anything done if it took 4 hours to create what I was presented.

I've never had this happen before, they have tons of great reviews online. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!

I agree with the poor reviews. Same old AI crap in a different package. I experimented with it to test it's capabilities. Lame!!

The preview of the site is poor quality. Looks awful and you can tell it needs a lot of tweaking. Once you get into the design editor, you're extremely limited at what you can do. You can only left align, right align or center photos and text. There's no way to just bump it over a little bit. Then the whole system is buggy. I tried to change images and sizing in multiple areas with not results. When I contacted customer support they said they could make the changes I needed but at a cost of $75 an hour! That's the trick right there. they make it nearly impossible to edit yourself and then charge you to do it. Also they charge you monthly for the site even if it isn't live yet. on any other DYI site builder you can build your site to completion and then when you're ready to go live you pick a subscription and start paying for it.
I gave them 2 projects to work on and they failed miserably at both. I'm a fair guy. I thought maybe the first job was a fluke but they churn out crap every time! It doesn't look good, they promise you the moon in order to get you to purchase the software and then after you purchase they tell you their software can't do it. then continuously charge you even when the site isn't live and issue no refunds whatsoever. I hate this company and all they stand for. May God have mercy on their crooked souls

Working with B12 has been a great experience. The flow of how my website was constructed put me in a different mindset of achievement and perspective. I am now more confident in how I run my business, Online & Offline

This process was faster, easier and way more affordable than the last site I'd had built. Great communication and great after service. Editing abilities, the integrations, seo... I paid thousand more in the past!

I would never have been able to get into the e-commerce business without B12 to help me. They walked me through the maze of options that exist out there. Problems will always come up just because that's the nature of the business. B12 has real people who can help you. They even took on the job of fixing problems that I created. I created a lot of them! I would have given up a long time ago but B12 hasn't given up on me. They have my endorsement.

Great experience. Executed exactly as they said they would. Website came out great OCTasker dot com. We had no issues with B12 and the site came out very professional. They worked hard to incorporate my changes and have helped me since the go-live launch.
I had an urgent support issue over a holiday weekend, but no support was offered until the next Monday - a bit disappointing, but overall a very good experience and I am very happy!

I was looking for a company that could produce a professional website that I could get up and running quickly, that was a good price point, and would highlight my services in a very straight forward matter. I achieved all 3 of these aspects with B12. The team that I worked with met my needs from the beginning and stuck with me to the end when I had the exact output I was looking for in my website. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I am more than thrilled with the results!

B12 is great and fast on the updates, but the fee structure is a bit odd (implementing some things that are equal in difficulty can be between 0 and 30 dollars).

We'd also like a more involved website in the future with more unique design features, so we're not sure we'll be continuing with B12, but we're eager to see what they can come up with.

I have done 2 company sites on B12. Both have been quick and looked way better than I could have ever done on twice the budget. Although most of the process is automated the B12 team has been polite and responsive.
