My review is a bit different than most, in that I never successfully launched a website with B-12. Due to some unique circumstances-- some attributable to my complete lack of experience, and some attributable to all I wanted on the website-- I needed to go elsewhere to launch my website. What really impressed me, though, is that once B-12 saw the problem, they were very kind and gracious in assisting me to get the help I needed. I much appreciate their professional and personal response.

Wasn't sure what to expect at first because the price was so low. The website was made quickly and communication was great through out the entire process and deadlines were met faster than I thought. If you're wanting a great mobile site without doing the work this is a great option.

I’m absolutely mortified with b12.

I have been trying to get some straight answers from the b12 team and have been following up DAILY on several confirmed website updates that should have been completed Monday per a b12 email. It’s now Thursday.

After having worked with b12 for a few months and submitting some sparkling feedback to surveys and reviews I am now completed 180’ed.

How in the WORLD is it that I’ve been following up on an update request this whole week and not a single word on what the delay is???

I need a phone call immediately before I go viral with my email chains and embarrassing idea that b12 has in terms of communication.

I was researching this site for a friend who is less technical. I think it will be great for her. The cool thing is that, while it creates a very professional looking site, the marketing verbiage is the best I've seen. It's difficult to wordsmith a site in a manner that conveys enthusiasm and professionalism. I'm impressed. At the very least you would have a solid baseline to modify and they have a wizard for that too!
