Auto noleggiata al aeroporto di Cagliari, vettura media con prezzi molto competitivi e soprattutto con nessuna franchigia tranne 90€ per il carburante che hanno restituito il giorno della riconsegna stra consigliato ottimo servizio

It’s biggest scam ever !!!

They do everything to have your money (stole, lie, use your credit card, …).

It should be closed by the European authorities. It’s a scandal in 2025 to be stolen and scammed by such companies.

The worst car rental i Europe. They cheat, they lie, they stole our precious time - and money. Its actually amazing they are in business - but must be on the wrong side of legal. What a scam. And yes we HAD booked month ahead and paid etc.

DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL SERVICE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! Choose a different company—you won’t be sorry, because it's hard to find worse than these guys!

Here’s why: Although I returned the vehicle in the exact same condition as when I picked it up, they claimed there was damage (a tampered lock) that was clearly there before my rental. The car already had numerous issues like dents, scratches, and other visible defects. In the end, I was forced to cover the cost of damage that wasn’t my fault—several hundred euros. Avoid this rental company and choose the others!

Un dipendente di somma lombardo con i capelli rossi, scortese e villano, dopo aver controllato che tutto era corretto ed avere scalato ben 850 euro dalla carta di credito di mia moglie ha rifiutato di consegnarle la macchina perché non gli piacevo. Siamo alla follia!

Truffa.
Prezzi vantaggiosi su internet e al momento del ritiro propongono pagamento 3 volte più caro per il ritiro del veicolo.
Mi sono ritrovata senza auto con una bimba di 9 mesi e ho passato piu di 3 ore all aeroporto di Cagliari per trovare una soluzione.
Non prenotate con questa àzienda sono dei ladri .
Prenotate con altre azienda molto più série.
I clienti che c erano prima di me dovevano consegnare le chiavi erano tutti incavolati.
Servizio disgustoso e senza il pagamento extra da loro richiesto non avrai la tua macchina.
Non ho l abitudine di scrivere dei commenti ma questa volta bisognava farlo .
B RENT SIETE DEI LADRI ,in ogni caso sono passata per vie legali non posso lasciarvi prendere in giro così .

Milano Malpensa Airport, Sunday, October 6, 2024: The company B-Rent refused to give me a car I had booked online, because, despite my license being in EU format, they would not accept it due to the Greek characters. The requirements section specified that all EU-format driving licenses were accepted, while licenses from non-EU countries needed to be accompanied by an international driving permit. In the following paragraph of the instruction sheet, it specified that only Roman characters were accepted, which seemed to refer to non-EU licenses. Unfortunately for me, this paragraph did not clearly state that the Latin character requirement also applied to EU licenses. Despite having an Italian ID card, an Italian tax code, and Italian residency in addition to my valid EU-format license, the front desk staff were rude and sarcastic, clearly showing no intention to resolve a formal issue caused by their poorly written company policy, which also fails to comply with EU Directive 2006/126/EC. I experienced considerable inconvenience and lost the deposit I had paid. In contrast, and confirming my point, Budget, Locauto, and Sicily By Car all accepted my license without hesitation, and their staff offered me special deals with professionalism and courtesy to make up for the issues I faced with B-Rent. I strongly advise against using B-Rent!

Abbi cura di questa compagnia, scatta tutte le foto dell'auto prima del ritiro, anche di notte, ti addebiteranno anche i piccoli graffi, non useranno mai più questa compagnia

This company attracts customers with a very low rental price, and find some ways to charge some additionnal fees.

For example, you will have to pay the awfully expensive B-rent insurance (that will roughly double the price of your rental !) if you have a debit card and not a credit card. For some reason, the debit card will not be accepted to prepay the security deposit wich is very high. The only solution is to use a credit card or to take the insurance... which is useless if you already have a cover from a broker (which was my case).

DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

I HAD FULL INSURANCE; ALL EXTRAS; car left in good condition, and even if it wouldnt have been there would be NOTHING they could charge for. I paid a lot for that.

Now 4 months later, random charges from them trying my credit card.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!
