I took my Moncler puffer jacket to A & Z Dry Cleaners in Luton because they advertise themselves as “leather and suede specialists” and “professionals for Moncler”. The guy at reception personally assured me they use “only special Nikwax products” for cleaning.

The result:
They lied. Jacket came back with obvious dry cleaning solvent smell, NOT Nikwax wet clean. Stains were still there.
Both zip pullers are completely scratched up like they dragged them across asphalt. Looked brand new before. Now ruined.
Owner refused refund. Didn’t even apologize. Said “it’s normal to damage items” during cleaning.

This is NOT professional cleaning. This is destruction of expensive clothing. They have zero understanding of how to handle premium down jackets or delicate hardware.

If you care about your Moncler, Canada Goose, leather, suede, designer items - DO NOT go here. They will lie to your face about methods, destroy the item, then tell you damage is “normal”.

Worst experience I’ve had in Luton. Unprofessional, dishonest, and zero accountability. Avoid at all costs
