Neelam Ji, We have spoken about it already few times. We sent your parcel in time with tracked service. It was delivered to your address. If someone as stolen it from your doorstep in your own building or from your letterbox. Then how can we be responsible for it? We provided photos as a proof of delivery and you confirmed it was your mom's house door. We are not your postman or your buildings concierge service. You need to complain to them. We use Royal mail and we posted and got it delivered to your address. There are lot of thefts of parcels happening. Therefore its better to have a cctv camera or Ring camera at the front door. I've been using products from Ayurveda Products UK for several months now, and I'm impressed with the results. Their Ashwagandha powder has significantly reduced my stress levels and improved my sleep. The Triphala tablets have been great for my digestion, while the Brahmi oil has noticeably strengthened my hair.
What I love most is the authenticity of their products, sourced directly from India. The website is easy to navigate, and customer service is excellent. While prices are slightly higher than mainstream alternatives, the quality justifies the cost.
The only drawback is that some products have strong flavors that might not suit everyone. Overall, I rate my experience 5/5. Ayurveda Products UK has become my go-to for genuine Ayurvedic supplements, and I'm excited to try more from their range.
