Mr Nasir, Please don't put reviews like these without contacting us. Your order was dispatched on the day we received your order. Royal mail made attempt to deliver it to you on 30th. But no one was as home. They you made request to get it delivered on 30th. It was delivered on 30th. Instead of complaining us of any damage to product in transit, you just put a review here. Always inform us by phone and send us images by WhatsApp to our number 02089078990. This number is there on our site. Just putting negative review is not going to help anyone, unfortunately. We are there to help you always but please contact us intermediately, if you see any issues with your order.

Hi Yana, As you know this was your 3rd order. We delivered 2 in time, 3rd was delayed because of some issue by the courier. We sent another one on 28th Mar and delivered on 30th Mar. Emails are not checked that frequent. Always call or Whatsapp us if there is any query. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Worst customer service EVER
I never received my order and waited DAYS for it to be delivered. The first time I contacted Reyansh about this issue, Deepak from customer service was extremely rude to me. All I needed to know was when I would receive my order but he was very unhelpful, he said he would contact Royal Mail and come back to me but he never did. I then had to call a second time and he continued being rude and impatient to me, this is an unacceptable way to treat customers. Instead of helping with my questions, he was giving me demands insisting I haven’t received the parcel because it’s MY fault. I needed my parcel and contacted the company to help me but got yelled at and blamed by Deepak instead, telling me there’s “something wrong with me” which is NO way to treat your customers. How dare he talk to me like that? I haven’t heard back from this company in my countless emails either, so clearly the customer service overall is terrible. He gave me incorrect information to collect my parcel directly from the depot but when I contacted Royal Mail they said they’d never give that advice, so not only was he incredibly rude but also just plain WRONG. Unfortunately he’s the only one who answers the calls, which makes it harder to speak to someone sensible. When I asked to speak to the manager, Deepak said he wouldn’t transfer the call because it was a “waste of time”, what kind of response is that? How am I meant to contact the manager? I’ll never buy from this company again because of Deepak’s incompetence and inability to treat customers with respect. No words for how disgraceful he and this company are.

My order was delivered
My order was delivered. Products are ok, with long expiring date. I was waiting very long and they have bad customer service. Did not reply messages and e mail. And IT would be ok to just make the delivery time on the website longer... I thought that i lost my money so not cool. Good products... So if you want to order just get some extra patience.
