I phoned Axis repair service today because the drain in my wet room is blocked .The agent who spoke to me said he can't get anyone until next week to fix the problem. .This company doesn't employ tradesmen only handymen and there handy men can't even do tge jobs properly .They were suppose to replace rotten skirting and patched it with bits of skirting cut offs and dado rail .

They make things worse not better and all their staff complain about them. Workmen broken more things than fixed, late, no shows, some show without appointments. They hire rogue companies. Poor organisation. Total mess. Need to shut down.

Yet again Axis do not care to make people wait TWO weeks with no immersion heater and then leave a message to say they are not coming. Stuff the fact people are losing wages, Axis do not give a damn AS USUAL.Too often they are unable or too incompetent to do the job they are meant to do and Housing Associations are not willing to support the people who pay them (the residents) every month without fail.
WHAT A DISGUSTING CON ACT.

Awful company. I had a bloke come out from axis to fix a water leak under my sink which was coming from my mains ON & OFF tap. The man who turned up came in my home twisted the mains tap twice before it burst & ended up having ankle deep of water throughout the down stairs of my home as he could not find the mains water outside my home, this took 20 mins whilst my house was flooding. This left everything of mine ruined now over 4 weeks i have no flooring or carpet as it all had to be ripped up and my furnishings ruined as well as all my skirting boards & doors. I am now having to live up stairs with my 5 year old whilst i am still waiting for axis to admit liability as it needs to go through a insurance claim. My lovely home whick took me 4 years of hard work for it to be all ruined thanks to a man who is suppose to know plumbing!

Both my 16 year old sister and I require support from our mum due to being disabled and because of this she has been accepted for an exchange to move closer to us. All that is left is the checks from axis on the property she is currently in. They have been nothing but rude towards her and on top of this never even turn up or contact to say they won’t be coming. They are now not only disrupting my mums life but also making sure that two disabled people can’t get the care they require. Absolute joke of a company who very clearly don’t understand anything about customer service. I have no idea why other people are giving 5 star reviews because I only gave one star as it was the lowest I could do. I wouldn’t even rate them that.

Meant to be having safety checks done for a mutual exchange, try to book them in, had a no show for appointment that was booked, when speaking to them on the phone its a joke, don't know where any of them got their customer care training as they are down right rude and condescending, they still can't even tell me when an electrical safety check will be done, I would love to know how they manage to get the cotracts with various councils when clearly they don't know how to do the job properly

I have had an outstanding repair to my fence since January 2024.
Axis have sent out people to assess the job and don't bother getting back in touch.
Joiners were supposed to turn up today to carry out the repair.
I took the morning off work and no-one turned up {even though I had received 2 texts to say they would}
I contacted Onward Homes to find out why no-one turned up.
It seems the joiner was off ill.
No communications whatsoever from Axis.
I have now been rebooked in for next week.
I am taking this matter further to the housing ombudsman.
AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!!

Definitely a zero absolute horrible terrible wxxker of a company they never fix or repair things properly they never respond hardly to emails they have not fixed my fence properly they do this constantly where they never do their jobs properly and they just leave things I wish they would get rid of the shxt company and its workers , useless

Utterly awful company. Waited two weeks for simple repairs, they then cancelled without telling us. Then rebooked it and the work was shoddy, they left a terrible mess. We are still waiting for another job from three months ago. They pull contracters from all over the SE and beyond, with varying degrees of ability. We’ve had contact from random maintenance people saying ‘Axis asked us to contact you’ on Whatsapp. Their customer service have no knowledge, initiative or proper training. This company just seems to want to cut costs and treat the customer with utter disregard.

Wow basiclcly booked in for a service check so get a message saying booked in for sat 1/6 then another for 8/1 so waited in sat morning then get a call saying it will be 1/6 from the work fone guy then no1 turnt up still and stated that i cant do sundays on the fone to him he said thats fine il come between 1/6 so yep no1 turnt up then message saying booked in 8/1 sunday no1 turnt up,so waisted all weekend this happens every year for a boiler check..can som1 send me the complaints email for this please

Lost count the amount of times we have waited in for them, had a water leak since Christmas. Same as other customers they don't know what they are doing, get a text stating they are on route and never turn up. On the

On the odd occasion they have turned up they've sent a roofer rather than a plumber its ridiculous, don't know why onward persevere with they don't know their ass from their elbow, absolutely the worst company we've ever come across

What a JOKE! No phone number for this company ANYWHERE on their web site and non listed.
Even my housing cannot get through to them by phone.
Company's that hide behind e mail contact only should be BOYCOTTED!
The service they give is prob the reason they don't let you call them as EVERY job they do is Pi$$ Poor. All the repairs they have done for my property over the time they have had the repairs contract has been shoddy using cheap materials and in many cases the job has had to be redone twice after the original job.
Wonder if they will turn up today?

AXIS failed to turn up to booked repair and I'm claiming money from my housing for wasted time. They can get it out of AXIS coz I'm taking it out my rent!

I am a onward homes tenant and they have the contract for repairs for all aspects, however over the last four years axis has continuously let me down , indeed they seem to think it’s funny cancelling a call-out on day there due to turnup , today they text me to say an operative was on route to me and two minutes later they rescheduled my appointment and as a wheelchair user I was relying on said repair with they bodged in first place please axis stop with false excuses and stick to contract you agreed to

i wish there was an option to give this company a -1 star. I had a window hinge break in strong gale force winds in March. I have had 3 appointments cancelled by Axis to fix this issue so I can open my window. I had an appointment today 28th June to finally get this window fixed so my children can get some air into their bedroom, I phoned the company yesterday to ask if this work was 100 percent going to not be cancelled as will have to cancel a doctors appointment and birthday plans to wait in they assured me they will be here. its now
2.15 the workmen have yet again have failed to turn up, and won't be comming once again I'm on the phone rescheduling a appointment will they turn up..... probably not.

One time, after being scheduled to run checks on my gas supply, the guy turns up over 2 hours late and looked like he'd spent the afternoon canoodling with Stella Artois and her five sisters. I refused him entry.

This time, I had a morning appointment for a work order to be completed. No show. I called and was told they were running late and would be here by 5. At 445, I was called by the supervisor and was told they wouldn't be coming but, that I was first on the list for the following day. He assured me that someone would be here for 9am; failing that, he would, himself, come. At 1030am I get a text telling me he's enroute... two hours later, still not here. So, I called. "You're next on the list."

Two days of my time wasted by Axis... I guess my time has no value to them.

The admin staffed must have PHD's in rank stupidity! Anyone on here who's weird enough to give them five stars, should start betting if they've been lucky enough not to get messed about by this shyster company! How Onward homes have given these inept fools a contract is beyond me! The person responsible should be publicly flogged! I've lost count of the amount of times they've not turned up, giving no indication that they weren't coming, and leaving me sitting waiting for hours on end, time after time; sent workmen to assess jobs that have already been assessed (as in my present Laurel and Hardy-like attempt to get my old fire place bricked up;) or sent completely wrong workmen (as in my present Laurel and Hardy-like attempt to get the old fire place blocked up, where, yesterday, the idiot in the office contrived, for some unearthly reason, to send a plasterer! 🤦) Even the workmen say it's a crap company! They don't give a damn either, as long as the gangster who's behind them is seeing his bank balance swell! You only have to note their replies on here, which are only to the (probably phoney) positive reviews. They should NEVER get another contract, and the morons in the office should be sent back to elementary school! Crap; absolute crap!

Had a job booked to lay lino in my bathroom the person booked called me on Tuesday to say he would come on Thursday because he had another job in the same block the time given was between 10am and 2pm I was in all day and he didn't show. This is not the first time I've had a no show. I called axis to complain and was told there was no job booked for this. Seriously the guy called me. I will take my complaint to the council.

Christ they are useless!
Never turned up twice then went to wrong address and finally got to me but did the job wrong.
I mean how bad can you be!
Just send me someone who knows what they are doing!

I’ve been constantly arranging appointments for different jobs, receiving texts confirming the appointment and even receiving a reminder text the day before only to be told on the day that either the appointment is not on their system or it’s been cancelled! Taking days off for work wasted!!
Shambolic operation from my experience!

USELESS. was supposed to have somebody come today to do some work… been booked in for 3 weeks. Time slot was 1-5pm. Called axis at 2:30 to ask if they know a specific time the operative would be arriving. Was told “he’s just finishing his job and will be to you next.” 5pm comes and no sign of him. Called axis and told them all of the above and was told “there’s a note on the system saying the engineer has left the company”. How can they know the engineer has left the company and yet tell me that he’s coming to me next? Shambles of a company, shoddy workmanship and totally unreliable. Now being told I can’t get someone out to me until 2nd may. Disgusting. Not one apology. I asked to be put through to a manager and they palmed me off and said the manager won’t speak to me. What on earth is going on in this shambles of a company. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a terrible experience with these charlatans either. Gobsmacked at the incompetence.
