A joke had no power in house was told could take ,24 hours to come out when asked why had they not got electrision in area they said they did not know when I said you have trackers on all you vans he said they don't when I informed him my step son was sub contracted to fit trackers to all there vans he went quite van turned up 15 minutes later after waiting 8 hours and being fed lies we knew the problem all he did was isolate a socket as he could not repair it said that will be in touch we will see I recon we won't here back they are a usless company before when had problem with door not shutting the lady I spoke to had very basic English even the fitter who turned up said don't understand her when she speaks gives wrong info and should not be employed by them
Excellent, professional service
Ross and Max turned up on time, completed the job within the two days as promised and left our property absolutely immaculate. They worked in our small kitchen in 33 degree temperatures and were absolute gents.

Useless. They turn up late, if they turn up at all. They then tell you they do not have the parts to do the job. They say they will come back, and you never hear from them again.

Our appointment was booked 8 weeks ago, cancelled. 6 subsequent appointments, cancelled.
They call half way through the day to cancel so it's too late - you already waited in.
6 times they haven't shown up now - so far....

Here we have another example of a company that really shouldn't be in operation. I've seen chimps arrange things better. A truly shambolic example of money and convenience over actual functionality.

Over a period of 5 days I have spent 6 hours trying to get through to customer services to no avail. Why does no one ever answer the phone. What are you all doing there?? Disgusting service.

My loved one passed way in late 2024 and they didn’t even send their condolences after being a client under them for years.
Absolutely disgusting service
Absolutely disgusting service, spent the last 2 weeks regarding unattended appointments for my elderly father. An appointment was booked for today between 8-1 again with no show. 4hrs later they answered my call for them to tell me they are short staffed and I should be grateful I got a call back this late in the evening 😡
Todays appointment that was booked 2 weeks ago was for a kitchen unit due to a leak and when I chased the toilet leak from 8 weeks ago I was told although the guy fixing the kitchen unit was a carpenter he was also a plumber and could fix the toilet
The guy I spoke to today was soo rude and condescending even asking me if I was calling him a liar as he could see no appointment even though I had the text message that was sent with a job reference
My father is elderly and suffers with an ear imbalance so from a H&S the leak in the toilet has caused him to slip in the middle of the night when he has had to use the toilet
Very rude staff, every call I have made I have been told they are short of staff which should never be an excuse

Absolutely disgusting service I have been on hold for 3hrs trying to get through to customer services. The leak has returned in my bathroom water everywhere job wasn’t done properly you book me an appointment and get can’t be changed on line and I work how you lot run as a company is beyond me why Peabody went back to you was the biggest mistake possible to man I will never making as many formal complaints as possible I don’t pay rent for is.

They are terrible absolutely rubbish how they are still allowed to attend people’s property’s is beyond me and the receptionist are just as bad have so much attitude and are rude. Axis sort it out.

Axis Europe which local space housing association allows to fix tenants houses. If I could give no star I would. Our toilet been broken nearly two months. Keep saying we are coming out no one does send a text no one does.

Yet again Axis failed to turn up, after waiting several hours, no call to say they weren't coming but by now I suppose that is to be expected. Had to chase them up and rebook maybe I'll get lucky this time. Estuary Housing Association must have found Axis Repairs at the local saloon full of cowboys. They obviously don't care about negative reviews as the have no competition in being probably the most incompetent and unprofessional organisation in the country.
