TEMU-quality ring for $169 - Still waiting on refund
My mom ordered a ring from this store on April 15th. It wasn’t a customized ring, and it was supposed to be delivered by Mother’s Day. When she hadn’t heard anything by the end of April, she tried to contact them, but she didn’t get a response. I checked the website’s chat feature and asked about the order, and it turned out that it hadn’t even been shipped yet. I advised my mom to email them and request a refund. They messaged her and claimed that the ring was on back order, but the manufacturer had just made another batch, so they were shipping it immediately.
When we received the ring on Mother’s Day, it wasn’t the ring we had ordered. We’ve tried to reach out to them since then to get a refund, but as of today, May 15, a month after we placed the original order, we haven’t received a refund or a shipping label to return this cheap, Temu-quality ring to them.

This company is a masterclass in how to say “we appreciate your service” while doing absolutely nothing to actually help.
I notified them immediately that I am an active duty service member facing a short notice and unexpected deployment to a secure location with no mail access, and requested cancellation while the order was still early in production. Their response? Repeated policy copy-paste and zero flexibility.
They openly acknowledged my situation—and still chose to proceed with shipping a ~$600 item to an address they know will be unoccupied for an extended period of time. That’s not a limitation. That’s a deliberate business decision.
What’s most frustrating is the illusion of customer service: polished emails, polite language, and repeated apologies—paired with absolutely no meaningful action. No escalation, no attempt at a reasonable accommodation, no ownership of the situation—just rigid adherence to policy regardless of context.
When given the opportunity to exercise basic discretion and support a time-sensitive, real-world circumstance, this company chose their convenience over integrity.
If everything goes perfectly, you’ll probably be fine. But if anything requires even minimal flexibility, don’t expect help—expect scripted responses and a company that prioritizes process over people.

First, thank you for your service. We truly do not take your situation lightly, and we’re sorry this has felt cold or scripted. That was never our intention.
We also want to be transparent about what happened here. Your order was for a customized, made-to-order piece, and before production began, our team informed you of the customization policy and the cancellation window. Once that window passed and the piece moved through production, the ring was completed specifically for your order and could no longer be cancelled or returned to general inventory.
That said, we completely understand that your deployment created a difficult and unexpected situation. Our inability to cancel the order at that stage was not because we didn’t care, but because the item had already been produced for you under the made-to-order terms agreed to before we started work on it.
We absolutely still want to help find a practical solution. If the original address will be unoccupied, we can ship the order to a trusted family member, friend, or alternative address instead. We can also hold the completed order for you until you are available to receive it safely.
We are sorry we could not provide the cancellation outcome you were hoping for, but we are not trying to leave you without options. Please reach out to us directly with your preferred address or hold date, and we’ll do our best to ensure your order is handled safely from here.

Excellent customer service this is what I wish every company would do in my situation. On January 28th 2026, i bought a couple’s ring they made sure the size was correct before shipping due to the carrier I never received my item they reshipped another ring but also due to carrier I still never got it. These guys checked in with me every day, we had conversations, we discussed the next steps. They gave me a full refund & today I found they shipped out another ring this time making sure it gets to me. I’m very appreciative of them everyone who reached out even though I haven’t gotten the ring yet I would highly recommend 10 out of 10. My heart is at awe really awesome team! I would definitely order again & again & tell my friends & family thank you guys! ❤️
