Hello Stephen,
Sorry for the possible miss understanding. We have spoken to you on the phone and advised that the part that you ordered is on back order with Numatic. Our staff had offered you to either wait for the delivery or refund in full. We have promised to ship it out on Thursday once we receive the stock in our warehouse which is what we did and I can see it was delivered on Friday. Sorry again about the wait, unfortunately it was completely out of our hands - the part was out of stock in the whole country.

The company only had 2 vacs in stock out of the 3 I ordered. They contacted me straight away to ask if I wanted the ones they had delivered and send the other when in stock a few days later, or send all together. I received the partial delivery the next day. The remainder was received a couple of days later

It was a scam
It was a scam, I called the customer service repeatedly, the same voice would answer for all the departments (sales, technical, etc). The woman told me to that the order has been lost in transit and that a new one was ordered for me to arrive the day after, which never happened. So, after 3 working days, the DPD tracking number is showing no details, I am still not in possess of the items I bought with a "next day delivery".
Basically binned 30 £ .

I place am order for cleaning kit including buckets mop handles mop dustpan green kit,( 1) they send green buckets and blue dustpan (2) the order is not complete item or missing (3) the mop heads or poor quality
