Never received a answer.

I purchased 2 lots of the laundry sheets. After a long wait I received a small package with 2 plastic bags inside, one had no smell, the other was a musty old smell.
Not in a box and nothing like their advertising. Absolute scam do not buy from this company. Tried to look like a french company but a backstreet chins outfit,! I am UK based with lots of reviews to my name......

My parcel wasn't delivered, I wrote asking for a refund and have been ignored. Think I've been scammed.

I purchased an assortment of the laundry sheets at a cost of £60. They are absolutely rubbish. They do not clean the washing, nor do they have any fragrance.
DO NOT PURCHASE as you will literally be watching your hard earned cash go down the drain

Do not order from them. Order has been stuck in Illinois for two weeks and company never responded to emails. USPS has no record of order. Not worth a dime. Horrible company.

I received some leaking plastic pods that have no scent. They took ages to arrive as they came from CHINA they were nothing like that was advertised £27 for utter rubbish. They were just an oily mess so I had to bin them. AVOID being ripped off.

Terrible company won't reply to email. Order not even been sent having to claim mobey back from bank .

Ordered Birthstone necklaces from Avera-Paris. Paris turned out to be China ( why am I not surprised?), & delivery was therefore slow. The cheap plastic "gems" bore no resemblance to the Birthstone colours shown. Very disappointed

I received my 4 different types of pods on 19/09/26 chucked in a plastic bubble wrap bag but only 3 different colours and all smell the same. Absolutely shocking to charge £46 for this rubbish. Have emailed them asking for a refund but no response yet. Wish I had read the reviews 1st. Please don’t waste your money folks!!!!

I recieved my order of laundry sheets in a flimsy bubble wrap bag contents in clear plastic bags no box No instructions nothing they are very small have no smell nothing like what is advertised, have sent several emails to return for a full refund no reply terrible company such a waste of money

I have just read a revue regarding the supposed gorgeous smelling washing pods. Like the other lady both my fragrances were packed together in a plastic bag, no smell at all. I shoved 2 in the wash and my clothes did not smell at all of anything. What a con! Wish I had read the reviews before I had wasted my money.

I am writing to complain about the pods I ordered on 8 September 2026which were only delivered today,

The order arrived in a thin plastic bubble-wrap bag with inadequate protection. Approximately half of the pods were broken, crushed or badly misshapen. There are only around 15 pods, and they appear to be mixed rather than supplied as the two different scents advertised

More importantly, the pods do not smell as described. They have little or no fragrance and are clearly not the product represented in your listing. They are therefore damaged, not as described, and not fit for purpose This amounts to a fundamental misrepresentation of the goods.

I paid £23 + postage this order and will not accept a replacement or partial refund. I am requesting a full refund of £31together with reimbursement of any reasonable return postage costs. Please provide clear return instructions and confirm when the refund will be issued.

Photographs of the packaging and damaged contents are attached as evidence. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly.
