On the website they say that they've been featured on Vogue, GQ and a few other Conde Nast magazines, but when you search for it you can't find it.
I've ordered two bracelets and one was damaged. It's taken over a month to get a replacement or even a refund. The quality is not great either.

Terrible, claims returns are smooth and swift, not at all takes them a lifetime to reply to email requests. Website says you can return within 30 days no questions asked, yet they ask you a “million” questions before they offer a solution. Guess what!? Every solution benefits their pockets. Then something that is not listed on the website, they’ll charge all sorts of fees in order to get and address to return your item. They will literally try anything to stop you from returning their shitty items. Don’t buy from them as you will no be able to return them

Do not buy from this store. Jewellery is not as described and is poor quality. They do not honour the 30 day refund as advertised and they are not in any magazines as alluded to on their website. Their responses to my requests for a refund went on for weeks with them providing different excuses, offers of vouchers, concerns for return postage because of being environmentally friendly, emails about being a small buisness which had to close but thankfully they've been able to stay open etc. This is a scam and poor quality jewellery. Do not buy from them.

Claims to be a Swedish company, drop ships from China. I found them from a facebook ad and decided to purchase. I received my goods. Not the best quality, but not terrible either. My expectations had anyways dropped when I saw the shipping location.

One month later, the card I had used for purchasing has 3 fraudulent charges on it with some reference related to 'FACEBK'. I immediately suspect these guys because I don't often use that card and these were the only guys that i had purchased from whilst browsing facebook. I could be wrong, but coincidence? I don't think so!

Great marketing, great packaging, poor service (they were slow to reply, never listed their VAT % for returns on their website, continued to counter offer me exchange instead of a requested refund). Their products are crap quality, flimsy, likely diluted metal from the feel of them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I do not mind waiting for 2 weeks for an order when the quality of the items are good... But I would never thought that I would have to wait for 2 weeks for pieces of ugly jewelry. You cannot even call it jewelry. I ordered jewlery for my mother for Christmas in November and received it today(17 December 2024) and I am very disappointed. The workers from this company was so nice and they communicated with me, but the jewlery is not worth the prices.

It really is a scam, I tried to help a small business, but I am really angry at myself for it. I would never ever order from this place ever again.

I ordered earings and a necklace. The necklace is fine but the earings are 2 different colours and the one earing is shaped wrong. Now what do I do now, I do not have time nor money to buy my mother new jewelry for Chrismas because of this scam of a business.

This is the biggest scam ever. I feel so angry at myself for not reviewing 1st, which i normally do. Comes from China, so not SA company. THe fact that they claim they are closing the business is the biggest load of hogwash. They are stealing your money ppl DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I ordered 7 items from Aveline Jewellery.
in order to get the 10% discount, I had to subscribe to their Website which I did.

Firstly I never received the 10% discount on Checkout. Secondly they debited my account with R1 213.00. But to date I have received no email confirming, my Order No. or a Tracking No. Absolutely No communication.
So I went back onto their site, and there are my items sitting in the cart, waiting for me to pay another R1 213.00.

These people are Not Legit, even though the Website looks great. Don't be fooled.
It's one big Scam!

This website is awful and yes no wonder why they selling products on closing down sale and all i have ordered from them and i did not received my delivery when I contacted them they are saying that i am laying and i have to contact royal mail and all nonsense
Never buy from this people they have zero customer service.

I recently purchased jewellery from Aveline, expecting high-quality, tarnish-free pieces backed by a lifetime colour warranty, as claimed on their website. Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing.

-The Frances Pearl Gold Ring had the pearl fall out on the first day of wear.
-The Snake Ring started to change colour after just three wears.
-The White Flower Ring began tarnishing and the colour wore off after only three wears.
-The Onyx Black Crystal Rings have poorly placed gems that don't meet the quality standards promised.

To make matters worse, I discovered that these pieces are available on AliExpress for a fraction of the price, and the quality is far below what was advertised.

I am deeply disappointed with both the quality of the jewellery and the false claims about its durability and warranty. I would not recommend purchasing from Aveline and would caution others about the quality of their products.

The other review confirmed my suspicion - they are a syndicate competing with 50 other lookalike brands with products shipped directly from China. They have zero localization and zero transparency when it comes to their product guarantee and who they actually are. Very common to see these cheap dropshipping sites behave with no morals or ethics --> snakeoil...

Scam of a website, says they have 40,000 trust pilot reviews yet I’m the only one. Shipping took 2-3 weeks and products are shipped from china. They are not tarnish resistant and feel cheap, like they could be from temu or SHEIN. Also no option for returns.
