Was never called
I never received a call for my scheduled appointment. The only message I received was the following day informing me that the appointment had been canceled. No explanation or communication beforehand. A complete waste of my time.

Short
Short, brief and concise. My wife has dementia and all I need are prescription refills. This saves me the trouble of having to sit in a walk-in clinic for god knows how long with someone with dementia as there is know one to look after her at home.
