Quick appointment set up - no sitting around in a walk-in clinic

My call with the Dr was very good. He is very friendly. A kind voice and listened to me. The call was on time and setting up the appointment was extremely easy. Thank you so much for this service.

Without going into detail I’ve had pain for three weeks that worsened over the weekend. A friend told me about AVEE this morning and within minutes on their website I had arranged a phone appointment with a doctor two hours from then. Dr. Zain Ali Syed called at the exact appt time ~ he was kind, knowledgeable, respectful, responsive, helpful and prescribed what I needed. I live on a small island with no available doctor on weekends. I’m exceedingly grateful for this service, and for the many people and doctors involved who make it work so well for the community. Thank you.

Simplicity! I had a terrible experience with Rocket Doctor, the operator gave me one time and their confirming text gave me another time (3 hours apart) with no indication of time zone. I went with the time specified by the operator and unintentionally missed the appointment, now they want $40! They can pound sand! You would think a company that deals with clients in 4 separate time zones would specify the time zone for your appt? Your process is easy and the time zone for the appt is listed, eliminating all doubt. Also, your doctors are compassionate and understanding. Thank you and keep up the good work!

I called while my GP was away. I was helped greatly. I had run out of a prescription.

My 93 year old mother was suffering from a suspected bladder infection, and we could not get treatment from the pharmacy without getting a doctor's advice on how to deal with her poor kidney function. This was late on a Saturday, and instead of waiting for our family doctor on Monday, we tried AVEE Health, and it worked great. We were able to get an appointment within an hour.

Being able to make an appointment and talk to a doctor the same day, and even within hours, is such a great convenience but also piece of mind. Happy to have this option when our family doctor and urgent care/ER are not an option!

I was suffering from an exacerbation of my COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) and could not see my own physician as he was fully booked and his office was closed the following day.
I logged into AVEE Health and within 40 minutes I was speaking to a physician.
After our conversation, he sent two prescriptions to my local pharmacy (for antibiotics and Prednisone).

If not for AVEE Health, I'm sure I would have been sitting in an emergency department for several hours.

I haven’t had a medical doctor in several years and to be able to book an appointment on line with AVEE HEALTH is extremely appreciated. I was able to speak with a doctor within 30 minutes of booking an appointment online and after an exchange of information and questions, my request for a referral to a specialist was approved. All I need to do now is wait for a call from the specialists office. HUGE relief. I’m so very grateful for this service !! ❤️

My initial phone call, next day a Life Lab requisition for tests, and a test for CT scan, third day lab test results came, 4th day phone call with AVEE physician discussing test results. Second day I faxed CT requisition to Royal Inland Hospital. Third day I took CT reuisition to Welcome Back clinic for a private CT - yet to be arranged. The whole process with AVEE was overwhelmingly responsive and timely. It puts the BC health care system in shame.

I was recommended Avee Health and the doctor called within the time slot I had booked, listened to my needs and prescribed right away and sent to my pharmacy. I’m glad I now have this option available not only for my kids, but for myself since it can be so hard to get into our family doctor in the north.

The doctor called on time and attentively listened to my issue. He was very helpful and fulfilled my need.

She was running late but was so nice. It worked very well.

Dr Imolele was very apologetic for being behind. She took the time with me to listen to my needs. Would definitely book with her again for a consult.
