Great efficient service
Process was easy online and then I called to request paper copies, member of team was polite and efficient. Price was competitive. Hopefully I won't have to use this travel insurance but if I do, hopefully things will go as smoothly as they have already.

Awful customer service
Can't comment on the actual cover but sadly had a negative experience trying to amend the cover from single trip to annual. Was given a price over the phone but the actual amount that was taken from the bank account was considerably higher (triple the amount of the single trip premium). Then I was told I would have to cancel the insurance but no refund was due. Eventually it was sorted out and apparently the refund will be made within 14 days but I wouldn't want anyone else to have that experience, after all if this the experience when you buy the insurance, I dread to think how a claim would be dealt with!

Took out travel insurance for my mum in…
Took out travel insurance for my mum in March and charged £163. Needed to add a new condition and was quoted an additional £180.
Advised to cancel previous policy and set up new one with all conditions and this came out at £151 - £12 CHEAPER than the original.
Best part is they haven’t yet refunded the £163, should be in 3-5 working days and now on day 13 and they have charged my mum twice for the £151. Couldn’t make this up!!!
