100% STILL a scam. If a company gives you their website to track a package, you've geiven your payment info to scammers. Contact your bank immediately! You will never get your package.

Scam, or must be one. Says they tried to contact me but no evidence, and everything was right on my contacts. They have no way to email or contact them. I think it might be just a way to run out the clock so you won't have time to dispute on credit card.

Order some fooditems and drinks. Never got my delivery, the tracking website kept delaying the package and never delivered anything. Definitely a scam.

Cette entreprise « Auxexpress » de « transporteur, livreur » devrait être interdite, enquêter par la justice et punie pour des faux informations, mensonges, jamais de livraisons, mais de l’argent perdu !
Comme d’ailleurs leurs collaborateurs, les sociétés inexistantes, comme "soinvisageabordable, juste existantes sur le Web, pour arnaquer, mettre en illusion, « volé » l’argent de l’acheteur ignorant, qui passe la commande, la paye et il ne voit jamais son colis, sa commande,, ni son argent, ni possibilité de communiquer avec ces « sociétés criminels du marketing sur Web »

« Auxepress » avait à sa disposition pas seulement mon nr. de tél. qu’il n’a jamais utilisé pour m’appeler, mais également mon adresse mail, qui n’a jamais utilisé non plus, et quand tu cherche rentré en contact avec eux ou avec la firme qui m’a vendus les produits, pas d’accés, pas de nr. tél. pas de mail valable, impossible de prendre le contact ! Pourquoi ? la réponse n’attends pas deux mois comme moi, pour recevoir le colis, mais elle vienne vite : IMPOSTEURS, SOCIETES MENSONGERES, ESCROQUES, VOLEURS !

A éviter à tout prix ! si non, ça va vous coûter chaque fois de l’argent, pour encourager les escrocs ?

Aucune réponse du service client qui affirme pourtant " we are here 7×24 to assist you". Le suivi de la livraison de ma commande détaille des tentatives de "livraison échouée, raison: téléphone injoignable" alors que je n'ai reçu aucun appel (aucune trace d'appel manqué dans mon historique) à la date et à l'heure indiqués. Mon numero de telephone indiqué dans le récapitulatif de commande est correct. L'incident se répète 2 fois. Le statut actuel est: "colis retenu". Aucune réponse à mes 2 emails de réclamation. A ce jour le colis n'est toujours pas livré. C'est ma pire expérience de livraison.

Fake delivery site.
It's says the delivery try to kontakt me on my phone. But they have not try

same experience. Endless delay of delivary and claim they cannot deliver because the phone was not reachable. On Sunday nigths (3AM) was a second try.
They pretend to be sending and you never get the package.

What kind of company is this? Delivery is repeatedly delayed. And without any address or contact information. A scam?

It doesn't even deserve 1 star lol.
We ordered something at Borduurclub.com, but I noticed early one something seemed odd so I had my credit card blocked early, so no losses for me. But the tracking is completely a scam. They say there was no one home (we live with a massive family under 1 roof, elders are all retired and always at home). Then they can't deliver because the phone was never picked up (which they never called to begin with, and who tries to deliver in the middle of the night anways? Yes I checked the supposed time that they said they called) not to mention how many times the estimated delivery time has changed over a month time...

No legal notice available on either site, no real contact, no after sales service.
