I was contacted by a collections…

I was contacted by a collections agency, saying that I have a outstanding debt to pay which was paid long ago 2 years back with another collection agency and the discharge letter was even email to autzu.
Despite having no outstanding debt autzu is effecting my credit reporting and file.
I have left with no contact of company and have not gotten a single reply. I will definately going to file a suit again the charge of not clearing my file and effecting my credit. This is unauthorised they keep changing the collection companies and giving them old and close file which they reopen and report to credit without even reaching out. Total stress to deal with these guys. Please dont ever sign up otherwise this would end up into big loop for you.

I was contacted by a collections agency for a balance that Autzu later confirmed did not exist. Despite having no outstanding balance, I was left dealing with collections and the stress of potential credit reporting issues.

This situation should never have happened. Customers should not have to resolve errors caused by a company’s internal processes.

I ask the company reach out to me and the credit bureau immediately to resolve this

Autzu

Autzu, Toronto at King West location is the worst experience I had with a rental. I tried twice. First time in April 2026 and upon arrival they did not have any clean, charged car available for me. Support is also terrible and had to wait for a long time for anyone to answer my phone call. I had booked for 6 hours and received my refund. I complained to Autzu and they said they will let management know and get their cars cleaned. Tried a 2nd time on 7th May 2026 and booked for 8 hours. Again no car was available. All cars at the location were damaged and dirty with some having flat tires. On the same date another gentleman arrived at the same time and he did not get a car either. We had booked 3pm-11pm. We contacted Support and I have written proof that the agent has generated a ticket for my refund. 8 days later and I have not received an email confirming refund has been processed and I have not received any refund. Stay away from trying to rent Teslas from Autzu Toronto at King West location.

It’s almost three weeks and I still have not received full refund when they could not provide me with a car. This update is dated 27th May 2026.

High availability of vehicles in the…

High availability of vehicles in the fleet, ease of setup, and quick learning curve driving the altered Teslas. For a few hundred dollars a week, it's not bad.

I have been a Uber driver renting cars…

I have been a Uber driver renting cars from Autzu for the last 2 years until now, so far it has been a good experience for me to rent a car from Autzu, no major issues until now. Every time I need help, Autzu support team is always available 24/7 to help through the app. The profit is not huge, but it helps to pay my bills.
I will recommend everyone to try it. As every job, the beginning is always challenging but as gain experience you will be able to make profit. I am confident that Autzu will continue to improve in order to easily attract more drivers. Thank you.

All car smell bad

All car smell bad, and there are many issue with car you can hear noise breaking system or absober system. Don’t use the Autzu. I booked by mistakenly 1 week day didn’t give it to back my money so I had to drive their car for 1 week. I tried 4 different car all of them same. I have never seen like this company.

I've joined Autzu in 2017 my experience since has been nothing but great, staff will treat you like family and help you in any way possible for you to have a great experience..

I can say that forward thinking-mobility technology with Autzu App is affordable with no upfront payments or term-commitments. From only $7/hour is a no brainer when they supply Insurance, clean vehicles maintenance and unlimited mileages 24/7.

Uber drivers take advantage of these great opportunities and simple way to maximize profits on weekdays and weekends

After 2 month of using the platform, I can say my experience has been very positive given trial and error!

Affordable, reliable and good support team there 24/7 to assist you with any concerns you may have. Since I started I’ve put together a work schedule that works for me, accommodated by Autzu.

I highly recommend this platform for any Uber driver looking for an alternative to the normal car rental process!

There’s nothing but upside if you have a hustle mentality and want a simple way to make a profit, you pay as you go and rack up the profit at the same time.

Autzu Dirty Mafia

At Autzu it’s 141.225 day for the rental plus another 40 to charge the car. You’re in the hole $181 before you make a dollar.

$988.75 for the week before you make a dollar not including charging fees which is $280 for the week.

$1268 for one week of rental with charging fees. You will also be charged 0.45 a minute if you return the car late.

If you have a credit card or 1000 deposit that will be returned to you, go with another company through Uber or Hertz, they charge $499 a week for a Tesla, not what Autzu is charging. Autzu is for people that don’t have credit cards and desperate.

They will take all your money and leave you with nothing...RUN! I booked for 24hrs, at $125 +tax, when I checked my email my rent came out my account Dec 1, 2023 and made it $50 short for Autzu's withdrawal. By the time I deposited the $50 back into my account I was already 30 minutes into my booking. Autzu took $141.30 out of my account then canceled the rental car and told me their cancelation fee is 100% of the booking fee. The lady let me know they have cars still available that I pay $141.30 again and book! RUN 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️

Unfairly charge poor uber driver

Autzu is very bad rideshare providing company at uber platform. It's reasonable to start renting their car for uber . But you do not make money . You loose money at the end . They are very unfair with poor uber driver . They overcharge driver most of the time and never admit their mistake . They have lack of communication with uber . All mistakes they blame driver and rip off driver with overcharge . I had recent bad experience with them its not worth to rent vehicle gor uber . They are not fair with their driver and rude .
