Had been having issues with the bluetooth connections between the ghost & my fob & the app on my phone. A 30 minute phone call with Tom got the software settings updated & installed, key fob & phone app reinstalled...all now working as it should...He was very professional, patient & extremely knowledgeable. He also said I could keep his contact details in case of any further problems..This kind of service is very rare nowadays so THANK YOU Tom from a very happy & grateful customer..

Excellent communication throughout

So grateful to Tom who calmly and patiently talked me through sorting out my ghost alarm after trying and failing to start my car for over an hour. He then took the time to give me a quick lesson on how it works so I wouldn’t get stuck again.

Amazing service by Tom, had few issue with the Ghost immobiliser as it was not taking the start code hence wasnt able to drive. Went to the store who installed it for me but no luck with them as they were not able to identify the issue. Got the details of Tom from Autowatch directly, called him and boom he fixed the damn thing in under 30 mins wow much satisfied with his job. Amazing knowledge of the product. He did even update the software and properly mapped the Ghost for me which the installer incorrectly mapped with other car model 2 yrs back. Would recommend Tom for all ghost related issue and fixes.

I bought a car 4 years ago with a Ghost 2 fitted and have had 4 years of trouble free security. Over the weekend it stopped disarming. I phoned people who fitted it but got no help. I then phoned Autowatch and spoke to Casey, who was very helpfull. She gave me Toms number who is one of there Engineers. I contacted Tom who asked some questions to see if it was an easy fix. We arranged a call for the evening in my car to talk me through things and reset it. He established that one of my chosen buttons didn’t always register, which was a car fault not the Ghost 2. I have been in touch with Nathalie to change name and reg on old certificate.
Every one I have dealt with at Autowatch have been great and ide like to thank them all.
Tom was a star, very good at guiding me through process and patient and is a credit to the company

Thank you for your help earlier today I. Transferring my Ghost . I spoke to Tom in the midlands who was bloody amazing and talked me through what I needed to do . His product knowledge is second to none and was a pleasure to deal with. If I need help again I will be calling him (poor bloke)

Terrible. Had it fitted 4 months ago and nothing but electrical problems with the car and it going into limp mode. Had the system changed for the 2nd time and it still plays up. It’s been so bad that we’re getting it taken off because it’s causing so much hassle with the car. Not worth it at all.

I was completely stuck over a weekend and could not turn of my immobiliser ( my fault ). Tom was amazing , he contacted me immedaitely and talked me through the complicated process to get the car going ! I could not ask for better service, response and positive attitude .

I've written to them by email 3 times and been totally ignored. However on the 3rd time and having left a 1 star review I got two very helpful phone calls within 2 hours of each other Malcolm was especially helpful and talked me through my problem in great detail.

It's just a shame I had to leaf a nasty review to get some service. There was no reference to my bed review and no request for me to remove it. I've now reassessed my review and made it 3 stars.

Outstanding after sales. Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

Tom came to check the issues on my 4x4 Mercedes after an Autowatch alarm had been fitted by an auto electrician.
From start to finish Tom checked absolutely everything and proved the the fault was caused through the canbus system by having the laptop connected and going through the system with a fine tooth comb.
Highly recommended Autowatch for it's great backup service and Tom who was very knowledgeable with the system.

Purchased a range rover 12 months ago with a ghost 2 immobiliser. It stopped working recently and had to contact Autowatch, Cassie in the office was very helpful & put me intouch with an engineer immediately.

Tom was great and spent time resolving the issues with the Ghost. Was not an easy fix but he was determined to resolve and he did. Tom ensured the car was all working and followed up in a few days to ensure it was all still working.

First class service and restored our confidence in the product and the vehicle.

We recently purchased a 2016 Transit which had a Ghost immobiliser fitted...failed to start 19 out of 20 times...we were pulling our hair out..Called customer support and got through to Tom...OMG,if all companies dealt with customers like this the World would be a better place..Listended...explained how to resolve...led us through the process...BOOM...starts every time...Tom..you Sir, are a Diamond..

The app no longer disables the immobiliser on entry to the car, I’m led to believe it’s because the app hasn’t been updated for a while. Autowatch don’t answer emails and say no one technically minded is on the end of the phone, save your money

I was a little shocked by some of the negative reviews.
I have recently purchased a car with the Ghost system and was having a few minor irritations with it.
I called the company and I couldn’t praise Malcolm enough.
I was initially going to have it removed, however, he patiently went through things with me in a very calm and professional manner and even waited patiently whilst going through his knowledgeable suggestions whilst in the car. Now everything works swimmingly and I’m keeping the ghost system.

Twice I have reached out to Autowatch about the number of attempts it takes to enter the code on my Ghost immobiliser and twice they have ignored me (don’t believe any response other than apologies should they respond below) The installer asked me to approach Autowatch to seek an answer as they had no idea why i had to enter the code up to 5 times before it would accepted. I tried everything I could find on the net to resolve this but in the end I kept the ghost in valet mode which was useless for security. Finally I tried the phone app, not a method of deactivation I really wanted to use but it works and quickly. So, a good product finally but no customer service.

I have inherited this system by purchasing a second hand car and must say once you get your head around it, it is brilliant. Initially I had a couple of issues (my fault) but when I called Autowatch technicali I was put through to Tom who was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful, he even gave his mobile number , thoroughly recommend

Bought a vehicle with a Ghost 2 fitted and had nothing but issues with replacement keys etc.

No support or help from Autowatch best to stay clear

I have installed Ghost2 Immobilizer in to my car and the car starts without requiring the pin code.

I have contacted customer support they responded once saying they contacted the installer since then no response.
I have sent 3 emails but totally ignored.

Be careful what you install in your car.

In addition to respond, yes i have contacted the installer and they never responded back.

The installer was recommended by you and they don't care after installation if there is any issue.
