The lady at the counter was courteous…
The lady at the counter was courteous and was very clear in her explanation. The car was good and when we returned it back, the guy checked it immediately without any problems. The price was reasonable, and the deposit was refunded immediately.

Ne prenez pas de voiture à Autovia…
L'accueil à Autovia Trévise s'est mal passé !
Au bureau de l'aéroport, on m'a imposé une assurance sous prétexte que ma carte bancaire avait un problème !
Ensuite celui qui devait nous donner la voiture manquait beaucoup de patience !
- Il faut reconnaître que c'était une très bonne voiture et que le reste de la location s'est très bien déroulé...
Le retour à Naples ! Excellent !

Naciagneli nas na dodatkowe ubezpiecznie ktore kosztowalo wiecej niz wynajecie samochodu.
Pamietajcie ze jako jedna z nielicznych firm ktora wynajmuje samochody, dzialaja na starych zasadach i nie akceptuja kart debetowych a jedynie karte kredytowa na glownego kierowce.
Innych rozwiazan nie biora pod uwage.

Szanowny Kliencie,
nikt nikogo nie „naciągał”. Wymóg posiadania karty kredytowej na głównego kierowcę jest jasno określony zarówno w warunkach rezerwacji, jak i na samym voucherze. Niestety, jeśli klient tego nie przeczyta, powstaje później nieporozumienie.
Dodajemy też, że nie jesteśmy jedną z nielicznych firm, które stosują takie zasady – większość wypożyczalni samochodów w Europie nie akceptuje kart debetowych do blokady depozytu.

Great little car clean and comfortable…
Great little car clean and comfortable for a fiat panda. Was easy to pick up at airport and we had gone with these as we didn’t have a credit card and could use a debit card which a lot don’t do. Price was really good too would definitely use these again.

Te obligan a hacer un seguro
Te obligan a hacer un seguro, que si no contratas, te dejan sin coche. Este seguro superaba los 500€, triplicando la reserva. Ya teniamos seguro con booking y decian que era por la targeta. Ademas tardan 20 dias en devolver el deposito.

Me atendieron muy bien tanto en la entrega como en la devolución del vehículo. Además me dieron un auto prácticamente nuevo (3850km de uso) y muy superior al que había reservado.
