Contacted AES
Contacted AES 10am for a pump, they had in stock. I asked them be for i ordered, will i get the delivery within 2 days if not i will go somewhere else. Got told yes that will fine as usually next day delivery and you will get a notification to track order. So i Ordered it. No confirmation of order on the day of purchase strange ...... So i rang back to tell them that payment has been sent can you let me know asp nobody rang back.
Next day rang office they confirmed payment and said its on the way should be with you by Wednesday ...no show, Thursday sent email to cancel order. Friday midday, lucky i was there as no info to say it was coming, a lorry carrying digger parts turn up with a pump 4 days later. Rang AES spoke to the guy who did not give a shit Nick who process the order he just was not bothered that i came late , no information on delivery , after all what i said about i will order from somewhere else if you cannot get it to me by Wednesday . don't think i will be going back there again.

We had purchased a Heat Exchanger for our above ground pool and having set it all up we had an E6 error Bearing in mind this was 3.30 on a Friday before the Bank Holiday the gentleman video called us to troubleshoot the bypass system He resolved it in 30 seconds and the unit has worked brilliantly ever since. Back up service at its best would definitely recommend

The heat pump is nice but the bypass was a bit different size then the heat pump, so connecting that was a bit of a pain...

I callaed today regarding a technical issues with a product I purchased from a private seller and spoke with a gentleman from this company who gave me some fantastic advice and helped me sort it out. Really supportive service
From all the staff in the office to all the guys on site, I couldn't have asked for more help and support. They were so accommodating with all my changes and challenges. A really tidy and professional job and so far, the kit seems really efficient.
