If you could place a review below one star I would. My experience has been like all the rest I’ve read here. Ordered a generator and from confirmation of order all the way thru the shipping process with bogus Nippon Cargo Express it made it to New York with instructions to contact them. Why would you have to contact them they have all your contact information lol.. After several attempts to get ahold of Automart Marine and Nippon nobody I’ve written this off as BS. Fortunately I used PayPal and found there were no charges applied so far. Pretty amazing someone would go thru all that trouble for a bogus order. Everyone beware!!

Automart Marine is a complete scam, right along with there shipping company nippon cargo express. I ordered a generic generator that was supposed to be delivered on aug 21st. The generator so call arrived in NY and the tracking says contact them. Hmmm but how can you when Automart and shipping contact number are bogus and you can’t reach anyone by messages. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. TAKE HEED TO THESE REVIEWS. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A LEGITIMATE COMPANY. I wish I saw these reviews. Now I have a claim with PayPal to get my money back from these scammers.

SCAM....SCAM....SCAM.. stay far far away!! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT give this company any kind of money what so ever. Not even thru pay pal. If you think it's to good to be true IT IS!!!! They will take your money and you won't get any product. No company that's profitable sells a generac generator that's reg price $4,777 for $2,700. That alone should tell you this company is a scam!! The 2 good reviews on here are not real people!! Stay FAR FAR FAR away from this company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks like they took me for $1092.47 on a yamaha outboard. To good of a price to be true. Doubt its good for anything but now its out there. Site wouldnt let me leave a zero or less review.

I figured it was too good to be true, but with PayPal protection, I deceided it was worth a chance. Don't waste your time. I nevr got generator, PayPal gave me my money back.

Flat outright scam company. Stay far far away.

Their phone numbers appear to be fake. They sell Mercury outboards at prices that are too low to be real, because they are selling below the cost the dealers pay, which is not possible. Mercury Marine has never heard of them. Several reviews suggest this is a fake business using typical fraudulent practices. This company does not appear on any real company's website. The positive reviews on TrustPilot are vague and short on detail, as if they were written by Automart. (There is no way to alert TrustPilot to the scam, which perpetuates the problem.) I have tried to contact Automart many times to confirm they even exist, but no response. Do your homework before giving your money to Automart Marine.

Ordered a boat motor in January 2020. Paypal glitch, and after a lot of email exchanges ended up wiring money (like they say not to do) to a person who only gave his name as Erfiansyah - no last name. Received a tracking number for City Trans Cargo from Automartmarine. "Watched" the shipping progress from Jakarta for two weeks and then got an email stating there had been a mistake. They said an employee loaded 5 motors instead of one. Because the manifest didn't match they couldn't unload in the USA. I checked the City Trans Cargo tracking document and it did say five motors were loaded. Automartmarine "offered" a deal for me pay half for the additional 4 motors. I didn't want more than one, but they kept hounding me to pay, so the paperwork would match and my motor could be unloaded in the States. (They said they fired their employee that made the original loading mistake.) I finally relented (as a fool) and wired the additional money thinking that I might sell the "extra" motors to break even.
City Trans Cargo tracking showed the arrival in New York. But, noted they needed updated paperwork for customs from Automartmarine and asked me to contact them. I did, and Automartmarine did. The tracking stopped March 6, 2020. I have emailed and tried calling both "companies" without getting replies. They bilked me for the cost of three motors, and left me embarrassed with my poor judgement.
Learn from my experience and RUN AWAY from these guys.

Follow-up: I just got an email from Trustpilot today stating that Automartmarine pulled my review on the grounds of "defamation". I am not sure how my honest and accurate review would not portray them in anythi g other than a negative light. I have documentation in the form of email chains, invoice, two wire transfer bank receipts, and a bill of lading from City Trans Cargo, all supporting my review and timeline. My review is based on facts. Those facts paint a picture of either a scam, or a questionable business. And no, I haven't seen my money or the boat motors as of 7/20/2020.

I have tried numerous times to contact this company with no luck. No response to emails, no response from messages on their site. I created an account to make a purchase but when it came to checking out, it says "contact us" to complete purchase. After some research, most everyone else out there has had the same issues. It certainly seems like a fake site.

I have tried to interact with automart marine. Reportedly they have offices in Australia and Japan, along with the one in West Java. I can find no more than two reviews though they claim ten years. Their phone number is not recognized as a valid number, and they claim a San Diego California reshipper who has no knowledge of the company. They are not on lists of verified distributors of the products they claim to sell at massive discounts. It sounds too good to be true, so it probably is not true. I am pretty positive this is a scam. I would love to be proved wrong with verifiable customers and products, and verified shippers and contacts. their office in Java appears to be just a small storefront with no identifiable signage. I am and continue to be suspicious of this site. Please verify all aspects before purchasing anything for this company
