We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I understand your concern regarding the AC compressor. As you mentioned, the compressor worked for three days and then stopped throwing cold air. Please note that while the compressor is a key component, there are several other factors that can cause the AC system to stop cooling properly. These may include:
Refrigerant leakage from the pipeline or joints
A faulty or blocked condenser
Using non-original or incorrect refrigerant
The system not being properly flushed/cleaned before installation
Faulty expansion valve or orifice tube
Moisture or air trapped in the system due to improper vacuuming
Electrical issues such as a defective relay, fuse, or wiring fault
Malfunctioning pressure sensors or temperature sensors
Blockage in the evaporator or poor airflow from the blower motor
Because of these possibilities, it is important to carry out a proper diagnostic check to identify the root cause before concluding that the compressor itself is at fault.
We have already emailed you 4–5 times requesting proof in the form of a picture or a report from your mechanic. This is important for us to evaluate the issue accurately. Please note that even if your 30-day warranty period has expired, if it is confirmed that the compressor itself is faulty, we will replace it for you free of cost.
We kindly ask you to provide us with the required documentation so we can assist you further without delay.

Lo que más me impresionó fue que, antes de enviar la orden, me llamaron directamente para confirmar si la pieza que estaba solicitando era la correcta para mi vehículo, una Mazda CX-5 Grand Touring 2020. Aunque las piezas entre los modelos 2017–2021 suelen ser compatibles, ellos no dieron nada por hecho y tomaron la iniciativa de verificarlo conmigo.
Gracias a ese gesto, me ahorraron tiempo, dinero y posibles complicaciones técnicas. Esa atención al detalle y ese compromiso con el cliente no se ven todos los días.
