Some parts of Website confusing re special offers and need for insurance.
Otherwise very good.

Reliable processes.

I have used Auto Europe a number of times now and have been very happy with their service and process. I will continue to use them in preference for car rentals in Europe.

Unclear credit card fee, but good follow up customer service

The amount charged (and shown on my voucher) was different to what is displayed on the payment page.

The customer service team was quickly in contact to explain the credit card fee which was not shown on the billing page, and acknowledge that their website/voucher could be clearer.

Thank you for your feedback.
We can see our Reservations Team has been in contact and explained the difference in price is the credit card surcharge.
On the booking page where you fill in your credit card details it does show " A credit card fee of 2% will be charged to the total amount"
The 2% amount is not displayed online as all bookings are priced differently. Your voucher does display the 2% amount and reflects the charge to your credit card. Please contact our Reservations Team if you any any further queries.
