It was Kaya who assisted me and very quickly at that. Answered my question without fuss or hesitation so I am completely satisfied with the service.

I bought auto-vox solar 4 monitor and screen were nice, worked well! But mounting for camera very bad!! If mounting to back of camera area was a solid plastic or backed up with steel plate for screws , plus better screws , it would hold up ! I had mine break away at all screw holes , siliconed inside plate area and after drying all around edges and buffer under camera area. What area they thinking about vibration!!

Bought this Auto Vox TW1 just over 1 year ago and screen display packed ups few weeks ago now camera won’t charge bought a wireless charging unit and still Kaput in my opinion there rubbish £150 to last only 1 year not good

I have an excellent auto vox back up camera that has recently stopped a siginal to the monitoer , because I have been very busy lately i didn't contack auto vox customer service for a coulple of weeks. I feel very unsafe without my camera.
When I emailed auto vox I got a quick responce from Gi Gi. She has been terriffic, her RESPONSE was within 24hrs and AUTO VOX'S entire stystem is excellent. When I emai them I get a (within minutes) resonse,if thier office is closed for a holiday or the weekend, can't beat that. Within about a week the ladt Gi Gi has resoved my problem and I should have my camera working again in abot 10-12 DAYS SHE RESOLVED EVERYTHING VIA EMAIL, NO DEPLAYS, NO REFUSEAL, no blaming me for the problemand also very important I was not sent to JUST ANSweswer that com-pany is a whol different storyABOUT AMTHING. SHE HAS AMADE ME A LIFETIMECUSTMER i HAD TO DEAL WITH IER USTOMER ONE TIME BEFORE AND EVEN BACK THEN THE SUPPORT WAS OUTSTANDING. IT WAS gO gI THAT TIME TOO. SOME AMERICAN COMPLAIN ABOUT CHAINA PRODUCTS , BUT i HAVE TO SAY AUTO VOX CUTOMER SERVICE HAS OUTDONE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE i HAVE RECEIVES HERE IN AMERICA. i AM AMAZED HOW GOOD THIS COMPANY'S CUSTOMER SERVICE IS. if my camera ever needs to be repaired I will not get it reaired locally, I will return it to the auto voc factory. sorry for the cap lock being on. i NEED TO LOOK UP MORE OFTEN.

Absoluter Top-Service. Rückfahrkamera Boscam K7 nach 1,5 Jahren defekt. Mail an Auto-Vox wurde bereits am nächsten Tag beantwortet. 2 Tage später hatte ich eine neue Kamera. Vielen Dank an Claudia für die nette und sehr professionelle Abwicklung.

Purchased a auto-vox v5 Pro rear view mirror dash cam front and rear, from Amazon July 2022, On installation the piggy back fuse connectors will not compatible to my vehicle, So I contacted the customer service and Kaya kindly arranged for new appropriate ones to be replaced from Amazon at no cost to myself, the product is now working to my complete satisfaction.

Excellent service. I bought a Autovox M1 Pro reversing camera via Amazon in March 2020 and it has worked really well. Unfortunately the monitor fell off the screen in July 2021 and smashed. I think this was due to the hot weather. I contacted Autovox via e mail and they kindly sent me a full replacement kit within 48 hours even though the original was out of warranty. Full marks to Vicky at Autovox for arranging this.

Brought one on Amazon 6 weeks ago. It is very good when it works but unfortunately it frequently fails for no apparent reason. I emailed them using the email address in the booklet but the email bounced back as unknown address. Fortunately Amazon have sorted.

Good service and nice product. The solar wireless backup camera is really amazing. I like it.
