Autarky Dog Food Omdömen 

Been using Autarky for years , we have 4 Curly coated retrievers , all of a sudden 3 of then refused to eat white fish & potato , they all had loose poos , it looked different , smelt & felt like it was not the usual food , contacted Autarky , they told me nothing has changed , liars , it has after reading the above reviews , will not use it again , now on Beta with no problems , glad i read the reviews , thought it was the dogs not food :(

Been using this food for years and the latest bag smelled a little different and has given my dog very bad diarrhea when eating it. Had to throw about 20kg out when we realised

Strange as they have changed the recipe and I will no longer use it as my dog will not touch the white fish any longer. I also will not use anything United pet foods based as it’s not on that they didn’t notify the change on the packaging. This is the response I got from customer services

Absolutely we could have done things better, and if we had the opportunity to do it again it would be different, but human beings make mistakes I’m afraid.

The problem occurred around the time of the company changeover, with the out-going purchasing manager mistakenly placing an order for the new recipe bags (when the existing recipe was the one that should have been ordered). By the time this was noticed it was too late to amend and the new business (United) had to go ahead and produce new recipe and bag. In normal circumstances we would have clearly communicated this to our retail and customer base, but these were not normal circumstances with people leaving the existing business (being made redundant) and the whole operation moving to South Wales. Therefore mistakes were made and lessons learnt.

I have contacted customer service who deny change in grain free whiter fish food.Food dry different colour,different size,different smell and my dogs hate it,refused by 2 out of 3.
Also 2 dogs have had diarrhoea the 2 refusing it,it is not the same food and customer service deny this.

I have used Autarky since1999 without problems. Since the recent takeover by the multi brand Dutch company ingredients were changed without telling anyone, the colour of the food has changed as has the smell, size and shape of the kibble and now looks suspiciously like a particular rubbish budget dog food made by the same company. It made all my dogs ill and I won't be using it any more.

Have used autarky grain free for a long time my dogs loved it. They have now added something to it and my dogs won't touch it. Will not use again have had to change brand. Why did they have to mess with something that was good

Of the ingredients which we wasn’t informed about and had 4 poorly dogs! I have recommend this food to a lot of people! I won’t be anymore, one of which had to go the vets over the sickness! Poor customer service to

I have two very fussy dogs it has been a battle to find a food they will eat I found this food in my local pet shop and thought I would give it a try ..my dogs love it and I had empty bowls .. only thing is I would like to see more flavours as one of my dogs has a chicken allergy so that only leaves lamb and salmon
