Great experience. Bought online and collected in store. The whole experience from start to finish was great with updates all the way.
We went back to the shop to check the sizing and for cleaning info. We were given a free cleaning pen and told to pop in when ever passing and they will clean it for free.

Great service
My fiancé bought my engagement ring last year from Austen & Blake. The ring is beautiful and we were invited back in to the Newcastle branch so that the sales associate (Jason I believe?) could talk me through the cut, clarity etc and provide me with some tools to keep it sparkling.
We went back this week to buy my wedding band as I wanted a ring that would fit around and complement my engagement ring. Hazel was incredibly helpful and friendly and I’ve found a wedding band that I love.
Would absolutely recommend this company for quality, price and experience.

Amazing experience
Just want to say a massive thank you to Jessica S at the Newcastle store. We were beginning our journey as a couple looking for a ring and it was a little daunting to say the least. Austen & Blake were on our list of places to visit and from the moment of walking into the store, the experience was just miles above the others we had visited. We were made to feel welcomed and felt very comfortable. Jessica went above and beyond to listen to the types of ring we were looking for and nothing was too much of an ask. From then on, we stayed in touch and even the smallest questions weren't a problem. We ended up finding the perfect ring and couldn't be happier. Massive thank you from us both (now engaged!)

They were very patient and helpful.
