Amazing quality jewellery and super helpful staff

We bought my beautiful wedding ring from A&B in Newcastle. The standard of customer service we received from booking online, to instore assistance was exemplary. Such an understanding of the look we wanted to achieve with my engagement ring. It was a sublime experience and we chose a beautiful platinum 3mm "Virtue" wedding ring. Great customer service
I was over the moon with Hannah’s customer service at the Newcastle branch. She was quick to respond to any emails, provide advice, and was very patient with me throughout the process despite the fact I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for.

Incredible service, would highly recommend!
Hannah and the entire team were incredible to deal with. The initial help with the engagement ring (where a lot of assistance was required) was super. Hannah provided a lot of patience, expertise and guidance. Due to the excellent service we then returned for our wedding rings where we received the same exceptional service. A personal service.
After buying a diamond ring a few months ago and receiving such a lovely personal service and a stunning product, I decided to use the Newcastle branch to make my new replacement wedding ring.
Again, the service was perfect. It was very personal, Aaliyah listened to what I wanted and we made sure my new ring sat well with my diamond. We made the decision and my ring was made in great time. Again, the product is lovely, no pressure service and every thing I asked for was delivered.
The whole team were so invested and genuinely interested in what I had chosen and made me feel so exited about receiving my jewellery.
I passed by a week or so later and spotted some earrings in the window. I asked Aaliyah to package them up I paid and she hand delivered my beautiful package while I was at work as she was aware I was on a tight time line.
I can't fault the service or the quality of my jewellery. All the certificates have been emailed to me without me having to provide any additional information due to customer profiles.
I will definitely return to buy more items.

Great experience. Bought online and collected in store. The whole experience from start to finish was great with updates all the way.
We went back to the shop to check the sizing and for cleaning info. We were given a free cleaning pen and told to pop in when ever passing and they will clean it for free.
