Finally received my order yesterday but from China, not a UK website as is advertised. This is a sham to start with and you can only pay to return to China. I wish I had read the reviews first and wouldn't have wasted my money. Total rubbish!

Ausbury company is a complete scam! What they delivered is nothing like what they advertised. It’s cheap, worthless, and an absolute insult to anyone who spends their hard-earned money here. I feel completely robbed, like they stole straight out of my pocket. They lure people in with lies and false pictures, then ship out garbage. No one should ever have to go through this. This so-called business needs to be shut down before they scam even more innocent customers. Save yourself the anger and the loss. Do NOT buy from them!

Bras ordered, took weeks and weeks to arrive. Sizing is rubbish and they’re poor quality. You can only have a refund by posting the items to China. Waste of money.

Ordered a cream. Delivery took ages, 1 of the 3 boxes had no seal (so previously opened product). The product is horrible: I was assured it will blend with my skin tone which is far from the truth. Customer service reply: we do not do refunds. Do not buy from this company.

Ridiculous to say the least, they sent my order after 12/15 of placing it, then the garment didn’t fit and now I can’t get my money back. They offered a replacement item but haven’t sent it neither. This is a fraudulent website and people should not use it as there is no honour among thieves

Do not buy from this company!!!! Complete Scam. Ordered from them in May and still haven’t received my order. I contacted them in July for a refund which they said they couldn’t do as the parcel was in transit. The tracking shows it arrived in the UK on 7th June to a sorting facility. They have now said I have to phone the post office to find out where it is. It is their responsibility to find the parcel not mine and they are still refusing to refund me 🤬

Been waiting 11 days on a simple order. As someone else said. Don’t be fooled by the name. I will definitely not use again.

Don't be fooled by the name, this is a company from China not London. I purchased a pack of bras and despite being asked my cup size, I only received bras sized XL which don't give any support whatsoever. Would not buy from them agian.

Customer Support keeps saying they will check. Nothing to date.

Brought some trousers for £22.50. they arrived and were see-through and not worth the money.

When initiating the return I was offered 50% off and to keep the product. But I still wanted to return the item. I was then told to ship the product to China and state that the item was worth under $10 as they would be taxed and wouldn't be responsible for paying any tax.

The page states a 30-day money back returns window. When looking at the returns policy it is stated that you must return the item to china, pay all associated costs and then you will get your refund. Just not worth it.
