If I could put zero stars I would. I bought three f this s**t mugs paying about £30 in total. They arrived miss printed with the F from the first word missing. A mistake is a mistake. I sent them pictures of the issue. After numerous email exchanges the best they would offer was £5 discount. Utter rubbish. Looking at other reviews on here other people have had an identical product fault but they were still sending out defective items. Steer well clear.

Ordered a mug. Arrived with a misprint. The first letter was missing. Took pictures and gave them all the order details but will not admit that it is faulty. Apparently, I’ve got the item I ordered!

The mug I ordered did not have the correct spelling of the first word, the first letter was missing. Contacted them asked for replacement or refund, plenty of apologies but no offer to fulfil the order properly. Scam!!!

Never received what order, cancel had wrong address , can't get ahold of any email or phone number , or customer service at already believe it's a scam , auorista.com.

Ordered a Highland Cow calendar at the beginning of December 2024 as part of a Christmas present. I paid £16.78 by debit card. As of 12th January 2025, nothing has been received. The order was processed on 7th December, arrived at US customs on 14th December, UK customs on 25th December, and on 3rd January 2025 was allegedly in Cardiff, Wales.
As stated, it still hasn't arrived so I am seeking a refund from Aurorita. Co. UK. If this fails, will be applying to my bank to charge back the money from Aurorita directly. Buy from this company at your own risk.

UPDATE 19.1.25

It now transpired that my calendar was returned by Royal Mail to the sender (in China, not UK) due to incorrect address labelling. Aurorita now claim that it will not come back to them so they wish to keep part of my payment. I have requested a full refund. I wonder how many weeks this will take....
