Basically what everyone else is saying
Don’t order unless you 100% know you won’t want to send it back.
As far as the product goes (the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1) they’re amazing, great quality and even threw in some stickers and a pair of socks.
However even though I went off the size on the website it was still one or two sizes too big which is always understandable it happens. Read their return policies and mine qualified for all of them, sent them one email got an automated one back then radio silence. Sent them another (they have a return expiration date of 7 days) same auto response and nothing.
I’ve filed a dispute with my bank (which will probably amount to nothing) in hopes they can maybe contact them but we’ll see how it goes.
Idk why they even bother having a customer service email they might as well make it clear all sales are final 🤷♂️
