I wanted to put a wrong right
I wanted to put a wrong right, I previously gave a 1 star review due to my parcel not arriving, upon tracking, it came to light my parcel was delivered to the wrong address. Aurina were quick to help me with the tracking details/Royal Mail confirmation etc and I now have my goods. The Coronation mug is very cute, thank you!

A lovely shopping experience even for the shopping-averse!
I hate shopping with a passion so finding Aurina was a real joy - a really interesting selection of clothing at surprisingly affordable prices, plus the gently helpful service from the lovely owner (so much more so than the lack of warmth from the lady manning the shop a few days before - sorry!). Look forward to browsing online too.

I haven’t received my order
I haven’t received it.
Despite paying for next day delivery. Nor have I received any update or explanation. I fully appreciate the impact of the postal strikes but there has been no communication whatsoever.
