Aurélinne Omdömen

WOW! Andy was very helpful when I was asking questions about getting a new stone. Got my stone in about a week and a half after ordering and it’s stunning, and the price was just right. Would definitely purchase from them again.

I've made a couple purchases from them and they both were exceptional stones at great prices. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is considering this type of purchase!

Aurelinne has the best prices for diamonds! And their customer service is second to none. I am a customer for life.

Great experience!

Everything was handled well! When making a big investment you can’t be too cautious, so I had a few concerns since I was unfamiliar with the company.

They checked all boxes. First of all, after a bit of research, I realized the company is, in fact, reputable and has very happy customers.

Second, they have access to most, if not all, of the best diamonds others are selling. Third, when it comes to PRICING, they were by FAR the best!!! Really! In two diamonds that I was interested in, the price was three to four times less than what others had it listed for.

Next, they have a great return policy that they seamlessly honor.

Last, but not least, the customer service was exceptional. Throughout the entire process everything was handled graciously and promptly.

I feel very fortunate that I came across their pop up ad which resulted in me saving thousands of dollars on one diamond.

Yeah, for sure 5 stars!

Best prices on lab diamonds! Great customer service, prompt replies. The best selection on different colors and cuts, this is my third purchase from them

I’ve been researching and looking to start building an engagement ring. Getting away from traditional retail markups and I came across Aurelinne. Every expectation has been blown out the water. From how very response towards emails to also receiving pictures and video of stone before I received to how easy they made this whole process. I will be a loyal customer from now on whenever I want to create more jewelry.

I’ve ordered from Aurelinne multiple times, and I’m always impressed with their great selection of diamonds, fair prices, and reliable shipping. Ordering is easy, and although I haven’t needed to make a return yet, it’s good to know they offer a solid return policy.

I got in contact with Andy for an oval lab diamond, after exchanging emails for a 2 weeks he was able to help me find exactly what i was looking for. I needed this oval to have an exact measurement so that it could replace the one I currently had. Andy was able to help me find a lab diamond that was better than I what I was looking for. 3.04 oval vvs2, D color, 1.37 ratio. It fit perfectly in my engagement ring setting. It is absolutely beautiful, I can’t stop looking at it. I am extremely happy with my purchase and highly recommend Aurelinne.

Absolutely amazing diamonds that were displayed online very accurately.
Love the accurate and immediate communication; the transport was also amazingly quick and most of all, LOVE my diamonds.
Thankyou Andy

Andy at aurelinne has been extremely helpful in sourcing me videos of stones and finding the right stone for me. When you're buying colorless diamonds, its much easier without video but colored diamonds (face up) can vary quite a bit in coloration and tones since theyre graded by looking at the side of the stone. Andy has had multiple videos sourced for me and once I picked a stone my order arrived quickly and it was honestly gorgeous in person. I did return simply because I made a miscalculation in the dimensions of the stone I wanted and I am about to buy a larger stone. Regardless the return process was extremely simple and I will keep shopping with Aurelinne because of Andy!

Aurélinne is the best source for lab grown diamonds! Best selection of quality stones and certainly the best prices! If you have questions, email them and Andy wil provide input!!

Lovely diamond bought as a gift for family. Arrived swiftly.
the customer service is actually very responsive.
Very happy with service.

Soooo happy with my purchase!! So beautiful and sparkly, good communication, fast shipping, and the diamond price could not be beat (I searched many, many websites). So happy to have found them!

I just received my Vivid Green Lab Diamond from Aurelinne, 1.51 carats, 9 days after I ordered it. Shipped UPS 2 day air. Looks exactly like the pictures and video on their site and was only $266.40 after the Valentine 10% discount. This same diamond, same exact IGI# was over $800 on 2 other very popular sites. Very beautiful diamond and a new color to add to my growing collection.

I would highly recommend buying a loose diamond from Aurelinne. The entire process of sourcing my own diamond - from start to finish - was so easy because I used them. I love their filtering mechanism and how I was able to find my dream diamond through it. From price to shipping, they’ve also been incredibly transparent through the whole process.

Highly recommend Aurelinne! They offer some of the best pricing I’ve found on lab-grown diamonds, and the entire process — from ordering to delivery — has been quick and smooth every time.

All of the diamonds matched their GIA or IGI reports exactly. Andy was very responsive, answered all my questions, and even provided additional tweezer videos so I could carefully review the diamonds before shipping. I really appreciated that level of transparency when buying online.

I also returned one diamond to upgrade to a larger size, and the return and refund process was easy and timely.

I’ll definitely be purchasing from them again!

Great Service - Beautiful Stone

I purchased a full ring (setting + diamond) from Aurelinne to propose to my girlfriend and this was just a fantastic experience.

First, Andy was super responsive and helpful the entire time. He made sure my ring was able to be received before my engagement on a fairly tight timeline, and I can't thank him enough for doing that.

Second, the prices were fantastic, I bought a 3 ct ring with 14k gold band at a fraction of what I've seen at other places online.

And finally, the ring is gorgeous--it's even better in person than it was in pictures and videos that Andy sent me.

If you're looking for a lab grown diamond, Aurelinne is the way to go.

Was a bit nervous due to never buying a diamond w/o seeing & touching it first-hand, and due to newness of Aurélinne as a company. Was made comfortable by excellent reviews and their pricing was roughly half of what i was seeing at local jewelers. Very satisfied with the value (included IGI cert and serialization in the crown), quality of the diamond matches the ratings (local jeweler confirms) and the 1-week delivery w notifications along the way. 5-Star recommendation based on an excellent experience!

I was a little skeptical at first, but they delivered on time, product was what they said it was and it was of great quality. Customer service was prompt and friendly. I have told my friends about this and will use aurelinne in the future.
