Great experience despite initial skepticism
Must say, was bit unnerved by having fork over reasonable chunk of money upfront to officially book the appointment on a website I'd never heard of but in the end, it was a great experience. Correspondence leading up to appt was through and timely and, much to my surprise, I got an appt within a week. Dr Sadiq was great – very knowledgeable and reassuring, exactly what you need in these situations.

Therapist experience
As a therapist on the platform I find the staff respond very swiftly to any questions, Clients have not expressed any concerns in using this secure platform to access therapy. Augmentive takes a low admin fee so is fairer to practitioners than many others.

Dr Kurram Sadiq was fantastic
Dr Kurram Sadiq did an ADHD diagnosis and an Autism diagnosis. The service was exceptional and I would unreservedly recommend both him and the Augmentive platform.

Easy and uncomplicated
The whole process was simple and not complicated. I was sent reminders about everything that needed doing and also several before my appointment. The Dr was very understanding and brilliant and explaining everything. He understood that I was struggling mentally to take everything in. Absolutely well worth the money to not have to wait years on the NHS

Great Staff, Great Communication
I used Augmentive following my suspicions of ADHD and I managed to get a quick appointment with Dr Udayan Chakrabarti who is an incredibly pleasant and down to earth man. Following my diagnosis he has kept in touch regularly and assisted me with changing my medication to find the right balance. I strongly recommend using this service as it is a very reasonable price compared to other places but also the communication is fantastic. Thanks to all behind the scenes at Augmentive too. P Geary

We had a very positive experience…
We had a very positive experience during the whole diagnosis and management process. . Dr Khurram had been extremely kind, attentive and listened to set of problems very patiently. The whole procedure was easy and smooth. Follow up appointments were booked without any hassle and once again Dr Khurram was very cautious about potential side effects of medications and titrated the medications carefully.
Thanks for providing an absolute fantastic experience.

Great Company, great DR would recommend
The whole process of booking and getting an appointment was excellent. DR Udayan Chakrabarti was amazing, he made my Husband, who hates talking to new people at ease and listened to each point. I would 100% recommend him and the company.

I found augmentive extremely helpful and caring while looking for an ADHD diagnosis. I was booked in within 2 weeks of first contact with the company and the psychiatrist, Dr Udayan, was amazing when completing his assessment. Very soft spoken and made you feel comfortable. He is also prompt with replying to any messages and helping you out! Would definitely recommend this service.

I had an excellent experience.I was in a situation where I was feeling like I am standing in a dark tunnel.Dr.Khurram came like a blessing for my son ADHD.He did the assessment on a very short notice.He helped me how to cope with this new diagnosis for my son.He was and he is very approachable and responds very quickly.When my son was eventually started on the medication the services were amazing for the prescribing and delivering the medication safely to us.After the medication initiation Dr.Khurram was fully and actively involved in follow up and even I was getting responses out of hours and over the weekend.I can’t imagine myself in place with my son without help from this service .
I will strongly recommend it to everyone who wants help in that field.

Really pleased with my experience with Augmentive. I'm happy to have found them, after doing a long search around ADHD. I booked a callback and had an informative call with someone in the team who took the time to listen and answered my questions about how the process would work. Once we chose a psychiatrist, booking was easy. I found messaging through the platform useful and felt the team really cared about helping me when I had questions. I am very happy with the doctor's approach during the assessment and his recommendations. I feel a weight was lifted off my shoulders.

We had a difficult experience with Augmentive
We had a difficult experience with Augmentive. My daughter’s diagnosis documentation was emailed to us with the name of a different patient (twice). I had to call them and email to put this right. Arranging for the medication took time, although in follow up correspondence with Augmentive, it seems their pharmacist was calling my daughter. She did not respond as it was a number she did not recognise. There were no texts or messages so she could respond. Also, in emails and phone calls the process was not clarified or discussed at all. Perhaps other patients have a better experience but we did not. I would expect delays when going through CAMHS as the service is underfunded. However, quite the opposite in our case. Her diagnosis for autism within CAMHS was brilliant, although we had to wait. I hope they do learn and respond. The service they offer is not cheap and families often struggle to manage the needs of their children and their finances. The service ought to not be about enriching well paid consultants but to help families that often have struggled for years to understand and help their children.

We were so disappointed to read that you had a poor experience with the Specialist and the support on the Augmentive service. I hope you agree that we responded to your complaint within an hour and that we resolved any outstanding issues you had. All of our Specialists are highly qualified, experienced and registered with the GMC and our mission is to provide excellence alongside them.
We firmly believe that both our team and the Specialists on the platform care deeply about their patients and are dedicated to offering excellent and timely care. The mistake with the name on the Report was not made by the Specialist, but by the medical secretary who has taken full responsibility. I’d like to assure you that no data was inappropriately shared. The reason your daughter wasn’t referred back to her GP is that she hadn’t yet completed her titration period on the new medication with her private psychiatrist. NHS doctors are understandably not willing to take on private patients in a shared care agreement before the medication is stable and optimised by their private psychiatrist. We discovered that the pharmacist was unable to send your daughter the medication as he had called her several times and she had not answered the phone because she didn’t recognise the number. We have since added additional steps so that the pharmacist will inform us if he has any difficulty getting in touch with a patient.
I would like to express our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you’ve experienced. We are totally dedicated to offering an excellent service and when this fails it’s a knockout blow for the whole team.
I hope you felt that the matter was resolved and that you feel we are supporting your daughter properly and safely until her care can be handed over to her GP for ongoing prescriptions.
Finally, we would like to thank you for your feedback. By learning from your experience, we have put in place new ways in which to make sure our clients have experience they are looking for when they come to us for support.

Fantastic website with a number of psychiatrists who offer ADHD assessments at reasonable prices. Excellent customer service, the team goes over and above to make sure the customer service is 5 star. Excellent after care with quick response rates. They take the time to sort any issue no matter how small. You are left feeling that they are a company who really cares about improving clients mental health.

New company with issues, payment & booking
Though there are reputable practitioners on this site. The company has teething issues with their platform in booking system, payment systems etc ... I would wait for the company to establish themselves before i would trust them with confidential information.
