We visited the Chandlersford branch of Audio T twice. We were assisted by Nick who was very helpful as it had been a long time since we had purchased any audio equipment. He sent us e mails listing alternative options in a range of prices for the units we wanted so that we could take our time to make a final decision. We also chose Audio T because they were able to set the system up for us, something which we would not have been able to do ourselves. This was carried out by Wayne who was also very helpful in demonstrating how to do various things.

A Great Experience.
I've not bought Hi-Fi equipment since the late 1980s and so my knowledge was very limited. I did my due diligence and researched what turntable best suited my needs. The rest I left in the capable hands of Jon from the Swindon branch. He reassured me that my initial choice was sound and then recommended a suitable amplifier, speakers and, later, a CD player. A week later it's all set up. Looks great and sounds great. An all round enjoyable and educational experience. I would highly recommend Jon and the Swindon branch. Thank You.
