Close and friendly location
Found my closest Rega dealer on Google, which was you. Visited the shop and had a friendly and very useful discussion with Rishi. Order was quickly obtained, Rishi called me, and I visited again to collect. I am absolutely delighted with my purchase.

People buy from people
I have used Swindon Audio T for many years, and have always received excellent service from Andy, the manager there.
There is occasionally an issue with a particular brand not being stocked by them, but otherwise you feel looked after as a customer, and I would personally much prefer to buy from someone I know and can rely on locally.

Excellent independent audio store…
I have bought several items from this store over the years and I always receive excellent advice and service. It is good to have an independent store like this where you still get products that you can try in store or at home .

I was looking to Upgrade my Turntable…
I was looking for a new Turntable and having purchased a Rega amp from Audio T in Swansea about a year ago I spoke with Nic about the Rega Planar 6 and how that might fit within my HI-FI set up. Nic was very helpful and arranged a demo session which he set up to match my home system. He answered all my questions and clearly understood my home set up and what effects I was trying to achieve. With his expertise and knowledge I was grateful for his input and that enabled me to make informed decisions and I have since been delighted with my purchase. I would highly recommend Audio T, Nic and all who work in Swansea branch
