Today. What a delight. Before starting Ayesha clearly and professionally explained what the test was and how it was to be conducted. How my results once generated may fall into a standard age related chart. Her interpretation of my results and her simple clear way of explaining what it meant was expert.

I'm a 64 year old person who has been having to concentrate hard on what people are saying, for a number of years now. It got to the point that I just couldn't hear much at all so made the decision to come and see Lucy at Hidden Hearing in Solihull. I was shocked at just how bad my hearing was! As soon a Lucy put aids in my ears, I had clarity as well as volume and I am not ashamed to say I cried! I would recommend anyone to go and get their ears tested sooner rather than later as the process is simple and the difference the hearing aids makes for me has been life changing. I am very grateful to the ladies here.

My mother went for a hearing test on Tuesday at Solihull Branch and was informed that she needed a hearing aid. We received excellent advice on which device would be most suitable for my mothers needs. We have a follow up appointment in 2 weeks time incase any adjustments are needed. Hearing is now a lot clearer. Thank you Lucy for all your help.

I used Hidden Hearing 19th April where I found to young lady by the name of Helina Khatun to be Professional, Caring and Efficient, I would recommend this company to anyone needing hearing care, But moreover Helina in particular. I have ben constantly kept up to date with reminders of my subsequent appointments, I really cant recommend this highly enough, Brilliant.

On the 4th March I attended the clinic for my annual review which was very useful as my LH aid was not working very well, your specialist Ayesha told me that it was faulty and needed repair/replacing which would be £4000 to £5000 for the latest aids.
As I would prefer to have a repair which I was told would be £150/300 I will return the aid to you for a quotation . Ayesha explained fully options which I am pleased with the attention I was given, thank you Regards John Stanley
