From my initial visit in 2024 to investigate a hearing problem, through until June of this year to have aids fitted, the service I have received has been 1st class in all respects.

Excellent personal service for ear wax removal.

I had my Hearing Test with Ayesha. She was very informative and explained the test procedure in detail. I also came late to my appointment but Ayesha still gave me all the time needed to carry out the test. I would definitely recommend Hidden Hearing to anyone who wants the best quality of hearing.

I visited Solihull branch, the staff are fab they all need an extra weeks holiday.The clinic is warm and welcoming especially Penny, Lucy is the diamond of the branch and Laura who removed my ear wax is another diamond as I was worried and she put me at ease 10 out of 10 service.

Have been taking my Mum to Hidden hearing for a number of years now - and can’t praise Lucy enough! She is so lovely, patient, caring and truly committed to doing whatever she can to help my dear, nearly 93 year old Mum, to hear as well as is technologically possible. She really listens to all my mum’s feedback and concerns.

Received professional service which gave a lot of confidence in the audiologist carrying out the hearing test. The relaxed friendly service gave an almost homely armosphere. Great customer service from the receptionist Penny and Audiolagist Lucy.

visit to Solihull branch 5th March 25 Lucy was so kind and understanding. She made us feel so at ease and fully explained the full procedure to us . Would definitely recommend.

Lucy is a very polite knowledgeable and helpful audiologist who dealt with me superbly. She answered all my queries and explained her diagrams so that even I could understand. As a follow up I had a query about switching on when not in charger, which she answered easily. Thank you Lucy.

I visited the Solihull hearing clinic for the first time around 4 pm due to suspicions of a wax blockage & needing to spend £50-100 to come back another day & diagnose/treat a potential buildup.

Amazingly my ears were quickly looked into & assessed in the waiting room for free by Ayesha Rehman - who confirmed that there was no wax issue with my ears.

I was then offered a free hearing test after quickly registering at the local hearing practice with the lovely receptionist by providing some basic personal information. Due to it being quiet, I was then seen immediately for around 20-30 minutes where I was put in a soundproof booth while pressing a button against various frequency tones. After this, I was given an accurate assessment of the listening frequency map of each of my ears.

Extremely happy, I would 100% go back there & highly recommend anyone else experiencing any ear troubles to do the same! I should have gone years ago instead of putting it off for so long!
