I did not have the audio test. But this was because of wax in my ears, which was detected and shown to me via a good piece of kit.

The service I have received from Ayesha at the Solihull branch has been exceptional. Having struggled to find hearing aids that I have felt happy with in terms of hearing well and comfort, Ayesha's knowledge and experience have combined to give me the best hearing experience I have had for at least the last ten years.

Lucy the audiologist was very professional she explained everything to me about my test why my hearing was poor. She talked me through the hearing aids I could have, the benefits of the different types of hearing aids, and helped me choose the best ones for me. I am very satisfied with the service I received. Lucy has looked after my wife in a very professional way and certainly knows her trade.

I was invited several months ago to make this appointment and sent reminders as the date approached. My hearing was checked and found not to have changed during the past year, my current hearing aids were controlled by the audiologist, I was informed about a more recent version of the hearing aids but advised that it was not necessary to change from the current ones which were functioning effectively. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this service to anyone with hearing difficulties.

With Hidden Hearing home visits over two years. The two audiologists I have dealt with have been knowledgeable, professional, effective and friendly. Their service is first rate, I cannot praise them highly enough.
