Great service from Jane, the receptionist to Heather, the audiologist. Heather is very knowledgeable and has a lovely personality. Cannot say enough good things about the experience, oh and the hearing aids are great as well

I have been with Hidden Hearing for…
I have been with Hidden Hearing for over four years and they continue to give the most excellent service. The annual personal visits to my home have been most pleasant, with a very thorough testing process. The visits have been on time, very friendly and understanding. The Hearing Aid Dispenser was a very knowledgeable and understanding professional.

A happy hearing customer
I am a customer of many years and have always been provided with excellent service and back up. Jane at head office in Plymouth is such a great communicator and very efficient with posting out any of my requirements regarding batteries. domes etc. I have upgraded to a more sophisticated pair of hearing aids and suffice it to say Emma Rooms has been the best and most efficient at her job. Caring and ever ready to make sure that I am happy and that my new hearing aids are working well. Hidden Hearing are a very reliable and quality company to deal with I highly recommend them

On the road to better hearing!
Very professional examination of my hearing. Emma guided me through the testing and explained the results. Trying some hearing aids and adjusting them swiftly based on my comments meant I could really get a feel for what could be done.Having experienced the change and bought the hearing aids, Emma explained in detail maintenance and care. A followup meeting booked for 2 weeks later. All in all a very professional, thorough and courteous experience.

Amazing service and staff
Received ear wax removal service in the Plymouth store by Suzanne who was extremely friendly and lovely and explained everything clearly. Would highly recommend for any hearing issues!

Exceptional service and support
The experience began in reception where I was asked if I wanted a coffee or tea by Kate the receptionist.The facilities were comfortable and very clean and fit for purpose. My appointment started on time with Heather and was a follow up meeting to check how I was doing with the aids.
Heather is very knowledgeable and professional in both the dispensary and the after sales service. I find her to be very patient, helpful and totally committed to helping the client to get the best performance and fit from their hearing aids. I was very happy with the outcome. My aids were serviced and adjusted in accordance with tests done.
I would highly recommend Hidden Hearing from sales to post sales support they have been exceptional.
