Very Helpful. Good After Service.

Tracy Vaughan from the Lichfield branch was very efficient and informative when carrying wax removal from my ears. I was put at ease and have been very pleased with the results. I would recommend this service to anyone who needs their ears dewaxing. Jean

I can hear properly again 👍👍Tracy Vaughan at Lichfield was brilliant, very personable and added the right amount of humour during the appointment. Tracy explained what she was doing, always ensuring that I was comfortable during the procedure. I would very highly recommend this. Thank you.

I was accompanying my Dad (aged 81) to his ear care appointment with Tracy and she was professional, patient, and courteous throughout. Thanks to all of the team at Hidden Hearing for their assistance today and during previous appointments!

Very good. Explained what would happen. And showed results. Went well.

I had ear wax removal this afternoon by Tracey, a charming and very competent lady. She was gentle, caring and courteous throughout. Excellent communication skills explaining each step of the process.

My neighbour recommended HIDDEN HEARING in Lichfield Town centre as l was having trouble with my ears popping and not hearing clearly, l had just finished taking a course of ear drops, l was nervous as l knew l would probably need syringe. Lady on reception was friendly and said that if l could wait ten minutes they could tell me if l had wax in them or not, l was examined and was told l did have a lot of wax in both ears and because it was loose she asked me if l wanted it done there and then, l explained l was nervous and she was very reassuring l would be OK, but she would stop at any point if l needed her to. So l had them done, very happy l did , she kept asking if l was OK, explained everything that was happening along the way, and had photoes on her system for before and after treatment. I am so glad l was recommended to go there, and l would myself recommend any one else who was worried about anything to go and be reassured, my ears l normal again and l feel great. Thankyou Hidden Hearing, but most of all thanks to Tracy Vaughan Ear Care Practioner, who treated me and made me feel comfortable.

My first visit to Hidden Hearing. Excellent, friendly service. The procedure was explained in detail and carried out in a very professional manner. Great concern over my comfort was shown by Tracy at the Lichfield practice. My hearing is so much better, sounds I haven’t heard in a long while. THANKS.

Had a very effective wax removal experience today in Lichfield at HH. Procedure fully explained, not too uncomfortable and dealt with the problem superbly. Hearing immediately restored for a nigh 80 year old.

Friendly and professional service from Tracy at Lichfield who removed my earwax. I have found this procedure uncomfortable when performed by another company on another occasion, but this was not at all an unpleasant experience, and best of all I can hear clearly again!
