Wax removal - A friendly & welcoming approach by Tracy, the Ear Care Practitioner. She explained clearly the procedures which would be involved & ensured I had not previously experienced any ear conditions which might cause risk from these. The actual wax removal was quite painless & was carried out thoroughly & professionally & I am already feeling the benefits of this. Will not hesitate to return if I believe further treatment/ examinaion is required.

I attended an appointment to have ear impressions made for some very, very expensive custom moulded in-ear earphones. I presented the Audiologist with a print out advising very specific instructions that must be followed and diagrams. He dismissed them telling me "I don't need to see this, I do these all the time". He then attempted to force me to put a mask on. I told him I was exempt (A debate then ensued) and I asked him what the point of me putting a mask on was anyway as I would have to put the "one inch bite block" in my mouth necessary to make the impressions properly. He then proceeded to tell me that a bite block was not needed. I told him it absolutely WAS necessary and that all of this is clearly stated in the printed material he refused to look at. He then told me that they wouldn't be able to do it if a bite block was necessary as they don't have any bite blocks. I left the building without any impressions having been produced, with my morning having been wasted and I'm absolutely disgusted at the way the audiologist treated me.

Tracy removed wax from my ears this morning at Hidden Hearing in Lichfield. She immediately put me at my ease, explained what was going to happen,& reassured me.
She has an excellent clinical manner & is most professional & knowledgable. Tracy’s personal approach is warm, friendly & I rushed. She is extremely through, helpful & approachable.

I recently had my ear wax removed here. Tracy was amazing and made me feel relaxed and safe. Would highly recommend her and Hidden Hearing.

Visited based on a recommendation, & was not disappointed. Tracey was very professional, caring & clearly good at her job. She cleaned my ears out a treat after needing 2 visits, (the second which was foc, as my ears were in a right mess !!).

Due to a blockage of wax in my ear I had to see Tracy Vaughan for the wax to be removed. I have never had this procedure done before and I was very nervous and very anxious. Tracy was so lovely and gentle and she was so comforting and reassuring. She made me feel at ease and she stopped when I asked her to and she only carried on with the procedure when I was ready. If it wasn't for her caring and kind nature then I probably wouldn't of carried on having the wax removed. A huge thank you to Tracy for successfully removing the blockage I had and making my ear feel how it used to. The 🙂

First time I have used Hidden Hearing and I was so impressed. Tracey removed wax from both ears - using both suction and irrigation -as they were badly blocked . She explained the procedure fully and was personable and professional .

I had ear wax removal this afternoon by Tracey, a charming and very competent lady. She was gentle, caring and courteous throughout. Excellent communication skills explaining each step of the process.

My neighbour recommended HIDDEN HEARING in Lichfield Town centre as l was having trouble with my ears popping and not hearing clearly, l had just finished taking a course of ear drops, l was nervous as l knew l would probably need syringe. Lady on reception was friendly and said that if l could wait ten minutes they could tell me if l had wax in them or not, l was examined and was told l did have a lot of wax in both ears and because it was loose she asked me if l wanted it done there and then, l explained l was nervous and she was very reassuring l would be OK, but she would stop at any point if l needed her to. So l had them done, very happy l did , she kept asking if l was OK, explained everything that was happening along the way, and had photoes on her system for before and after treatment. I am so glad l was recommended to go there, and l would myself recommend any one else who was worried about anything to go and be reassured, my ears l normal again and l feel great. Thankyou Hidden Hearing, but most of all thanks to Tracy Vaughan Ear Care Practioner, who treated me and made me feel comfortable.
