Hidden Hearing’s excellent service
The level of support and service from both Jessica ( ear wax removal) and David ( hearing check expert) was excellent. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are both very reassuring.

An excellent Audiology experience.From the moment I walked into reception…
From the moment I walked into reception I was met with great courtesy and received a thorough consultation with David. He was able to answer any questions that I had and to refer me to the next stage. The next expert, Jess was also extremely reassuring and courteous throughout my treatment. I will be highly recommending Hidden Hearing.

Setting aside disappointment
Despite having been tested and on the point of buying 18 months ago but finally deciding to stick with the aids I had I was received warmth and courtesy.
The audiologist was clear and patient and explained the procedures, their purpose and the results, putting one at ease and inspiring confidence.

To be listened too and not to receive tge hard sell
The audiologist was very informative and professional. I felt I was involved in the decision making process. In fact in was my decision. The audiologist set out the reasons why using a hearing aid sooner rather than later was a good option. Excellent service.

Excellent experience
I called and was offered an appointment within 2 days. The receptionist was very friendly when I arrived and the audiologist was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Excellent experience.

Excellent and attentive service from…
Excellent and attentive service from David and the Cardiff team. I was using NHS aids and so pleased I took a leap of faith to try Hidden Hearing.
