I worked with Jess for a good while and on a wide variety of things - from work-related overwhelm to social struggles. She was great at suggesting strategies that worked for me long term while keeping an eye on what I needed at each individual session - a bit of extra motivation? A plan? Slowing down?
I was enthusiastic to try the things she suggested, and she usually had a few more potential solutions up her sleeve if I was not keen on something. I have not found any other professional that made me feel this comfortable to express myself in sessions and managed to understand my strengths and limitations so thoroughly.
