I first reached out to the clinic in December for a combined ADHD and autism assessment, and by January I had received my diagnosis. From the very beginning, every member of staff I’ve had contact with has been absolutely amazing, from the initial screening right through to the full assessment. The team were incredibly accommodating to my individual needs, and I felt genuinely included and listened to throughout the entire process.

Dr O’Reilly in particular made me feel safe and understood. He was exceptionally attentive in his ability to read the room when things became overwhelming for me, giving me the space I needed to pause, breathe, and continue only when I felt comfortable. Meeting new people has always been a significant challenge for me, but what made this experience easier was his openness in sharing personal experience with neurodiversity and validating my feelings in a way no GP ever has. That level of understanding was incredibly powerful and feels like a significant weight was lifted off my shoulders as I could relate to all he was discussing and didn’t shutdown as I felt some sense of relief like my life suddenly made sense and I wasn’t too much to ask for help for my additional needs which had previously been ignored or gone unnoticed.

I am now about to take the step of commencing treatment with a completely new outlook on my life, something I never expected to say. No issue ever felt too big, the team were always on hand to respond to concerns and quick to update me on my case, which made the process feel supportive and personal rather than clinical and an overwhelming flood of information.

The clinic was easy to access, appointments were prompt from the initial consultation through to booking my thorough assessment, and communication was clear throughout. Unlike extended NHS waiting times, I simply couldn’t wait as things were becoming increasingly difficult. Since discussing my presenting concerns, everything finally makes sense and I am relieved that there will be a positive change to my life following confirmation of diagnosis.

I want to note the clinic is also fairly priced and genuinely accessible, inclusive for students. I would highly recommend anyone considering an assessment to take that step. very bad quality video calls id expect better from a clinic that charges almost 200 per call

awful video and mic quality and very bad connection the actual conversations during the calls are not worth the money at all and don't help they basically just ask what you want to do next and that's it they barely actually listen to anything you say and that's not surprising due to how bad the quality is you have to basically know what you want and do your own research for what to try next or what medication you want yourself it's basically DIY but more expensive

you'll spend thousands for a very inefficient process very little care barely any help on your journey and you'll waste time waiting on video calls that are lower quality than movies from the 1960s costing 200pounds each that are so useless they could just be emails instead

I had a thorough and structured assessment process followed by careful titration. Communication around medication, side effects and safety was clear, and I felt clinically supported throughout.

Since starting treatment, there has been a significant and measurable improvement in my executive function, anxiety baseline and overall stability. The prescribing approach felt responsible rather than rushed, and reviews were handled professionally.

The only area that could be improved is the patient portal platform (Carebit). There is no direct messaging function within the portal, which would make communication easier. Additionally, when booking appointments, any remaining balance due does not always clearly appear within the booking section and instead sits separately under invoices, which can be slightly confusing from a user experience perspective.

Overall, the clinical care itself has been effective and well managed.

Really really thoughtful, organised and supportive experience. Both clinicians were fantastic; I felt safe and supported during a really intense process that has ultimately changed my life. The admin/contact team were great too. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr Tracey King for an assessment. She was really good, I couldn’t fault her. Professional, timely, easy to talk to. I would recommend her - and I’m not being paid to say this!

If you suspect you have ADHD or Autism, I couldn’t recommend AuDHD Psychiatry enough. You will receive a level of attention and care unparalleled by that of NHS services and big online services. Dr. Darren O’Reily is the ideal psychiatrist, really. And you will feel listened to and understood. Their website is easy to navigate and they have refreshingly fast communication if you need to get in touch with them. Receiving your diagnosis is a life changing event that opens the doors to so much support and self understanding. Whenever you decide to seek your diagnosis, your first thought will be “I wish I did this sooner”. And personally, I think I could not have chosen a better company to accompany me through my diagnosis journey.
So, again, if you suspect you have ADHD and/or autism, look no further. I promise that you will not regret choosing AuDHD Psychiatry.

Very thorough, honest and noticed little signs of body language that I didn't even realise I did! Didn't end up getting an assessment after discussion of the pros and cons of it, so really grateful I was saved thousands of pounds. Amazing that all staff are neurodivergent too, so they understand and empathise with patients

I would strongly recommend this organisation to anyone suspecting that they may be on the autism spectrum or have ADHD. The process is very quick and the assessment is completed in weeks, rather than potentially years through NHS routes. You are made to feel very comfortable and the interviews feel more like a friendly chat, rather than an interrogation. I started the process stressed and confused, and left feeling deeply seen and relieved. The customer service is excellent and the team are available to help with any issues. Overall, this process was incredibly validating, the quality of care was superb, and I'm very glad to have taken the steps to seek assessment with this organisation. Assessments very thorough, appointments available very quickly, Darren easy to talk to and understanding about this stuff, never had any appointment cancelled or missed, video call service always works well.

Darren is a super kind and gentle person who makes you feel incredibly comfortable and relaxed during the process. I went from undiagnosed to diagnosed in 2 weeks and the cost is amazing compared to other services and the included follow up care after the diagnosis is amazing and not what I have heard from other services. This is a small practice so will treat you like an important person and chat to you properly rather than a pure box ticking exercise that may come from other services. Please use these guys if you think you have ADHD/ASD.

I am very happy to have had the experience to talk to Darren O'Reilly. He made me feel comfortable and I was able to feel calm during the assessment. I was able to think and answer the questions with minimal tension. Before I booked my questions were answered in short time. Everyone I talked to was very helpful.

Dr Claudia was great and patient with me, regardless of my technical difficulties. She gave me a verbal diagnosis. The whole team is great, and support can be accessed through email very quickly. They are very thorough and understanding, and they helped me understand myself and my struggles more. I came in for an ADHD assessment, and I plan to get an autism one later.
