Dan the agent went above and beyond the call of duty. He provided with all the information I needed. He accommodated my surveyors visit and late arrival. Even bringing the keys to me on the evening of completion day with hearty congratulations. Shannon working behind the scenes always answered my queries promptly. Happy to recommend.

A positive experience with Auction House North Wales. Dan Lawrence was easy to deal with and very responsive to my messages when I had queries. Some estate agents could learn a lot from him when it comes to providing a good service! Dan took care of all the viewings. He also took drone photos and did a video walk-through of the property. The house sold the first time it went to auction.

Great service and really quick response to any queries I had. Never sold through auction before but would use again

A positive, friendly and professional experience. I was kept in touch each step of the way. Everything was explained to me and I was given choices and alternatives when the initial sale did not achieve its goal, great advice given and a successful conclusion reached.

Good support from the auction house prior to purchasing the property, eg telling us about finance options and how the auction works. After our bid was successful, the service from Dan at auction house was fantastic.
