Good price, timely delivery of hard to find items.
The goods arrived in a timely way and transport costs were fair in today's world. The goods are as described. The goods are RFID key tags and were marked as pre-programmed but there is no information with the items to say what codes, frequency or warranty or other detail apply. The items arrived in an box with no documentation. However, this is not to say that the goods are not fit for purpose. I will have them reprogrammed and that will be satisfactory.

Make things bigger…
As an order person who has been short-sighted for 40 years but also now have trouble reading small print due to age and eye issues I struggle to read things on a lap top screen. This magnifier has made eating the screen easier. Delivery was fast having come from the USA to Australia and the item is easy to use.

My experience with Direct Nine has been excellent. The archival work I am doing for the Australian National Film and Sound Archive part of the National Library requires me to digitise tapes and it is difficult to find machines which are of sufficient quality. The machine you have supplied is very good quality.

I was so pleased with the service provided by all the staff. The items I purchased had to be returned and throughout the discussions the staff were respectful helpful and professional. Quirky and perfect
Customer support was excellent with prompt responses to all of my silly questions as I was very hesitant buying from direct nine (first time and coy was overseas). Product arrived prior to eta and was perfect!. My only negative is the picture shows a coloured version of the product where it was in fact galvanised steel. No real issue as I will pot belly black it...
