Amy at Marylebone was a huge help to me when I had just started in the finance department of a Danish company that had a storage room at Attic Self Storage Marylebone (for our Uk office). I could see that we were paying for something but I did not have any information about the agreement or how to get access to the online system (I had not received any hand over from my predecessor and could not find any written information either), but based on the information I did have, Amy was able to help me get access to the account and update the contact details so that I would receive the relevant information – and a few weeks later, when I realized that the changes I had asked for, could make it a little more difficult for a colleague in London to get access to the storage room, Amy was again quick to help me get the contact details changed to a set-up that worked better for all involved.
Based on my interactions with Amy, I would be very happy to recommend Attic Self Storage to someone else.
